I picked up my curtains paid for the alteration service and went right back the same day to let them know that they ruined my curtains they were cut too short , all they wanted to do to fix the issue is refund my alteration money....the employee said that's all she could do ! so I was like what about my curtains which I paid over$100 for I had receipt for the curtains they were brand new... they did not care she was mad because I did not accept her only offer was to refund alterations the owner refused to call me it took weeks.
