I would have rated this store with "Zeor" star if there was an option.
I was trying to make a booking via email (it says email booking only on the voucher) with a pre-purchased Groupon voucher. An email came back to me requesting information which I had already provided. Together with providing the information again in total FIVE emails over 7 days, there was no response from them to inform me if the booking had gone through successfully.
I also called twice in attempt to confirm the booking. The first time I called, I left a message without any return call. The 2nd time I called was 7 days after the original booking email, with a very rude attitude I was accused of not reading my emails, was refused my original booking time and was hung up on before I could finish the conversation. I feel this is completely unsatisfactory.
I filed a complaint with Groupon and received a refund.
The whole experience was absolutely time wasting and unpleasant. read more
