Dr. Karin Drummond's chiropractic care changed my life. I've suffered from migraines for over 15 years. I was exasperated because the migraines escalated a few months ago and I was taking approximately nine of the at-onset migraine pills in a month. That's too much! I'm 29 weeks into my third pregnancy and from 18 weeks on, I've been in so much pain that there were days I could barely walk. My lower back, my abdomen, and my neck especially hurt. I had shooting sciatic pain and migraine headaches almost daily. I have been to a few different chiropractors, and when I started at Drummond I do not think I could ever go to another. The office is always clean, the desk staff are always polite, and I have seen 3 different chiropractors in the office. I do feel like they are all slightly different in their techniques but have never had a bad experience. I definitely recommend them all and if you decide the first Dr. that you get is not your preference do not be afraid to tell them because they are great people and your health and wellness is their goal. They would be able to match you up with the Dr in the office that is more your fit. I feel like they answer questions and are very open and helpful. I have never had an overly long wait, and I always feel like they know me and I am not just a generic note on a computer. I have been a long-term patient of Dr. Karin Drummond (20 years plus) and have found her and her staff to be unfailingly kind, very competent, and compassionate individuals who truly care for their patients. I had not seen Dr. Drummond for well over a year due to coronavirus circumstances and my co-morbidities. After having my first dose of vaccine, I decided to go back for badly needed treatment. Patients in the waiting area are kept to a bare minimum and Dr. Karin ensures that her equipment is clean for each patient coming into her treatment room. I've been to three different chiropractors here in Bloomington, and Drummond is by far, the hands down best. I've had two previous back surgeries and a neck surgery and this is the only place where I have been able to come to to get any relief from my pain. I go every two weeks for maintenance purposes and it is well worth it. I mainly see Karin who does a fantastic job. But I've also been seen by both of the Dr. McCoy's as well, and they are excellent too. Also, check-in, billing, reminders, etc., are smooth, friendly, and efficient. Her wonderful wholistic care has helped me heal after a number of injuries - including a car accident - and many more minor aches and pains. Loved my experience here and will be recommending them to anyone who needs a chiropractor. I was able to schedule a same day appointment as a new patient when my neck was in a lot of pain. Paperwork was easy to fill out online and they're upfront about fees. Dr. Henry made me feel comfortable and explained everything. I felt immediate relief (and lots of pops!). Leaving I felt 10x better than when I arrived. Appointment was time efficient and the longest I've ever waited was 10 minutes. Going to Drummond Chiropractic has greatly improved my quality of life! I have been seeing Dr. Karin since 2014. I need to be adjusted frequently to prevent near-constant neck, shoulder, and head pain, and Dr. Karin can tell just by touch and even sight what I need and how best to treat me, because it varies depending on the day. Very professional and friendly. Completely explained cost for each type of examine/treatment. Collected health history to discuss the recommended examination for patient's' approval before proceeding with the examination. After the examination, discussed follow up appointments if needed. Also was given exercises to do to improve my condition. I had not been to a Chiropractor for a couple of months. As a result, I was having sever lower back pain.
