I expected guidance and great customer service when designing my home addition. But instead i got impatience and disrespect. I am an owner and do not know much about construction. Instead of allowing my contractor to explain the project he walked out of the job. Very unprofessional and unreliable. If you want great customer service stay very far away from this company. His wife is very kind but Bob is angry and aggressive and no owner should have to go through that kind of abuse.
