I was greeted by Mike Jr (the CEO/Owner) and completed everything online including creating my online profile to be able to pay/update account info/etc. Mike was superb with assisting me. He rented us a FRESHLY CLEANED/Sanitized clarinet, with a sticker of authenticity proving it had gone through the utmost sanitization in order to be rented out. The Norwalk office was nice & protected against Covid & the entire transaction was so effortless. I also purchased reeds while I was there. I'll continue to be a loyal customer for all of my instrument needs from now on. The piano was delivered on time, the movers were professional and very careful in handling the piano and setting it up. Shortly after that, Jon came to the house and gave the piano its (complementary) post-delivery tuning, which is routine. A small repair needed was taken care of by brother Michael Vincetore who came with his assistant and did the repair promptly. My questions were always answered, and all paperwork and documentation which I requested, was received without delay. I would do business with this family-owned business again. He is the guy to visit if you're looking for a fine instrument, seriously, I mean this, he is the guy you want if you're looking for pristine condition instruments at honest prices with transparent and thorough descriptions. A skilled luthier, he sets up most of is instruments himself, and all around ensures they are in prime condition (both in look and sound). He is honest, straightforward and incredibly helpful. If you get to visit his studio, he gives you time alone to discover the instruments and all around ensures that the buying experience is a pleasure from the time you walk in to the time you walk out with your new axe in hand. Thank you Rich, I look forward to enjoying my new guitar for many years. UPDATE: August 2020: After months of playing my guitar the I acquired from Savage back in March, one of the tuning machine gears stripped out (from normal wear, as these are original hardware from nearly 50 years ago). Rich was available via both email and phone. He took time to consult me on replacing the hardware including back and forth communications as I had questions and uncertainties. They are trustworthy, helpful, kind and the best at what they do. If you are looking to buy a piano or would like to refurbish an older piano, don't bother to look any further. They took my Baldwin Baby Grand and made it better than new. They refinished the mahogany cabinet to its original sheen and glory and replaced the tuning pins, hammers and pins. See photo below.
