A well oiled machine because I got here half an hour early and only waited 10 minutes before I was ushered in the back. There's a pre-registering process done all online that makes the process as seamless as possible. Can't thank this Dr. enough for such a gentle experience and as embarrassing as it is to have to have my earwax removed, no, "scraped off your eardrum," I'm so happy I found him and there's no doubt why he's got a TON of 5 Star reviews. I don't have the time to get allergy shots once a week or even once a month, I'm too busy. As a result, I've never been able to be comfortable around pets. I found Dr. Fass in 2013 and he prescribed me immunotherapy drops for cats, dogs and dust. Three drops under the tongue for two minutes, twice a day, and now I can continue watching all of my friends pups painfree. Basically, I spent most of 2011 sick as a dog. I would have a chest cold for a couple weeks, get better, then get strep throat, then get better, then have the flu AND strep thraot, and on it went. Finally, I figured I had to do something, so I sucked it up and went to go see an ENT. Even though I really wanted to take my tonsils out, he referred me to Dr. Fass because he felt I might have allergies, which I never knew could cause so many other problems. Ever since I've been working with him my health has dramatically improved. I found out I have allergic asthma and together we've been working on different medications to treat and control both. Aside from the fact that he's very knowledgable, he's also very patient and really works to understand you, and then to help you understand your condition. My one gripe: Appointments there take a very long time. The last time I was in the office I had to listen to someone complain about it for a half hour. Honestly, I know this is the case at most doctors, and I don't much mind the wait but I know some people do (and that you may be subject to someone else's complaining because of it). Tip: If you're thinking of doing allergy shots but want something less intrusive, consider allergy drops instead. I mention it because this doctor is apparently one of the only ones who offers this particular treatment.

After my Mother left Dr. YC office a Good Samaritan knocked on her window at a stop sign and had her pull over and called an ambulance. Their office is incoherent and inept! The Doctor was great and I was prepared to schedule the recommended procedure. I waited 4 months for the staff to get my insurance approval. After I called several weeks in a row I finally got a call back saying that my insurance wouldn't cover it. I requested my records so that I could appeal with my insurance. They never sent them. After many calls later they told me they would charge me $1 per page for my records. To get the insurance to pay THEM!! So disappointing. Now I won't go back even if it gets covered. UPDATE: The day after this review was posted the Doctor posted for me to contact him. He immediately made sure I could get ALL of my records, spoke to his staff, and called me back to make sure they took care of everything.
