She communicated quickly, worked hard to fit our session in within our availability and did scouting work near our hotel to find us some beautiful spaces for our pictures. Our pictures turned out great - so many to choose from to print and to frame! Now I wish I lived in San Antonio so that I could book her again!

First of all, it was very difficult…read moreto find--it's tucked away inside a large building on the 5th floor with little to no helpful direction. What made matters worse is that they do not accept walk-ins, which would be fine if they were actually responsive. I called three separate times and not a single call was answered. No callback, no communication, nothing. Because I couldn't get through to anyone, I had no choice but to go there in person just to ask about appointment availability--only to be told they don't take walk-ins. The lack of basic customer service and communication is unacceptable. If you expect people to schedule ahead, the least you can do is answer your phone. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend unless you have a lot of time and patience to deal with the hassle.

Elle is absolutely amazing with newborns - gentle and caring - a complete baby whisperer - and she also has the vision to create truly magical and one-of-a-kind photos that you will treasure for a lifetime.
