It doesn't take much to lure me into a candy store. Though on this visit I didn't purchase anything at Yummy Heaven, I can confidently say they've got a lot of sweet and savoury snacks I wouldn't mind getting my hands on.
Oh Yummy Heaven, your name befits you. I both rejoice and loathe you being a minutes walk from my…read morefront door. I am literally a kid in a candy store when I come in here. I get excited with every piece I see and don't know what to choose from. Yummy Heaven has all my favorite pieces of candy (sour cherries, chocolate covered raisins, sour skulls) plus has a ton of American candy that I hadn't had since I was a kid until this place opened. Thankfully I am no longer a kid, or I would have spent every cent of my weekly allowance here.
I love you yummy heaven!

The look of the interior is what you expect and it's without a doubt the best candy story I've been to in Oslo so far. The also have soda that you usually don't find in Norway an that's rather specific for Sweden. It's a great place and I really recommend it. If there was and award for best candy story in Norway this place would get it from me.

I bicycled down as fast as I could due to the liquorice chocolate "flødeboller" that my friend told me were utterly a food orgasm. He had them all at once and could not stop talking about them. Ok, they are really good- I mean it is liquorice!! The shop brags about being organic which I do not care about but it is a cute shop with lots of goodies and the shop assistant was very nice. Only minus is of course the price. It always is I guess.
