Went in to Baker's archery supply to pick up my new Hoyt RX1. Walked in and was greeted by the…read morestaff. Troy, JP and Jason were super polite and made me feel right at home. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and super patient. Troy set up my bow and I could not be happier! We made sure that the bow was set up and in time before taking my first shot. We shot the bow through paper twice and both of them were perfect bullet holes right off the bat. While Troy set it all up for me, JP made sure I didn't have any questions and carried conversation with me. The whole team made this experience absolutely wonderful. I am a big fan of shopping local and small. This happened to fit both of those criteria's. I will most definitely be back to visit! I drove about an hour and a half to them and don't regret it one bit. Sure you buy the product but you also get the knowledge and the support and you can't put a price on that.
