The office staff is very friendly and always helpful, whether in person or on the phone. I've had to get a bunch of referrals since going there and the ladies are always more than willing to help. One great thing that I love about a small family doctor's office is the ability to actually get the doctor on the phone when you need to. I haven't always been able to speak to him when I call, but he always returns my calls that day. My boyfriend goes to a doctor in Center City that is affiliated with one of the hospitals. He is never able to get his doctor on the phone and waits days to hear a reply. I like the personal relationship you can have with a smaller office. When I'm sick, I'm always able to get an appointment that day or the next morning which is amazing compared to some of the other offices I've been to. The only down side is that since it is a one doctor establishment, they do not have evening hours and they close early on certain days of the week. Besides that, Dr. Mangel and his staff are wonderful and you should definitely give them a call if you are looking for a new doctor!
