Dr. McNabb was great!…read more I felt comfortable and well taken care of before and after surgery. On the day of surgery, I did not have to wait long. I was called to the back. D. McNabb and his assistants informed me of the procedure, cracked some jokes, and off I went to receive anesthesia. It seemed like no time at all and I was all done. I left the same day, with a ride of course. When the meds wore off the pain hurt but I got pain pills that helped a lot. The woman who helped approve my insurance was AMAZING! She delegated with my works stubborn insurance provider to make sure I was able to get the surgery I deserved and needed. Thank you so much! I can see the negative feedback for the receptionist. I met her and she was a bit on the unprofessional side. However, I spoke up in a kind way and made sure she heard me. She was more than happy to help me after that. She is like everyone else. Just make sure to speak up when talking to her. Not a big deal. After about 2 years, I feel great. I workout consistently and even do Spartan Races. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience when I felt so damn miserable.
