States no scars when there are due to failure to examine. States he sees areas and palpitates them when no clothes or shoes are removed and does not. Does not take measurements. He has been sued by an Oklahoman for malpractice of removing a spinal disc when unnecessary according to public bankruptcy records in Amarillo. Those documents also indicate possible fraud of shifting money to also avoid payments. The malpractice was thrown out of bankruptcy. Horrible Doctor and Horrible person. Do NOT go here and report him to every agency possible! Check the background of doctors! He is in his 80s and needs to retire. I'll be reporting his fraud to DOL and other agencies. He perjured himself on the federal 2nd opinion report he signed under oath as well as filed false documents.
