He has been sued by an Oklahoman for malpractice of removing a spinal disc when unnecessary according to public bankruptcy records in Amarillo. Those documents also indicate possible fraud of shifting money to also avoid payments. The malpractice was thrown out of bankruptcy. Horrible Doctor and Horrible person.
