Disclaimer: I do not vape, but my wife does. Nevertheless, even I really liked this place! The wife and I, who are from Rhode Island, travel to Groton once or twice a year to eat at our favorite barbecue place. On our recent trip, we had a dual mission: besides getting our beloved barbecue, we had to stop at a vape shop, because flavored vape juice is no longer allowed to be sold in Rhode Island. So, I consulted Yelp for the vape shop closest to the BBQ place, and we ended up here. It looks like a small hole-in-the wall from the outside, but it's much more inviting inside, with display cases full of product and a big-screen TV. We were greeted by Scott, a Navy veteran originally from out of state, who provided friendly, unrushed service, with none of the attitude or snobbery my wife has experienced in some R.I. vape shops. The three of us engaged in a long conversation, and both my wife and I learned a lot about vaping during that visit. We also learned a lot about the military in general, and Navy in particular (many of the shop's regulars are active-duty Navy, said Scott). We also met the store's owner, who is retired from Pfizer, and he was also a wealth of information and a very interesting person to talk with. So my wife was able to get her flavored juice, and came away a lot more educated as a bonus. As mentioned earlier, I do not smoke or vape, so this review may not carry much weight, but, for me to enjoy our visit here, and not be bored, is indicative at how impressed I was with this place. read more

Love when they recommend a new device and claim they'll have pods for a very long time and then 2 months later they say they can't get any. Sounds like a scam to me. Pushing products they can't maintain. read more

Place is trash. The employees are rude and not very helpful. Talking negatively about other vape shops and acting like yours is the best is just ignorant and unattractive. You guys literally act like children in there cracking stupid jokes and walking around like you're cool when you're really not at all. If someone doesn't know something don't treat them like an idiot, educate them. Most people are there to quit smoking and are trying to help themselves how dare you make them feel bad for that. Update: Went back to see if another employee was helpful and luck struck! Tony was great and he helped me pick a flavor I love and it doesn't burn my throat at all! He explained the coil assembly, the differences in the juices, and helped me reach the core of the issue. Changed my review from 1 Star to 5. Give this guy a raise or praise, either way, thank you! Their products are very high quality. A friendly environment with a bar for patrons to socialize or catch a good flick. Staff are very knowledgeable and will provide you with a plethora of info. If they don't have what your looking for they will either make it, order it for you or refer you to a competitor. If your serious about vaping this store is a must see. read more

Customer service is great! They're willing to answer questions and provide information on a slew of products. The store itself is sensory overkill. If it's around peak time then expect super smoky and packed, non peak times it's easier to breathe but there are less ppl working. The bad thing is that the prices are waaaay higher than competitors - not only for juices but also for the hardware. I paid almost $60 for a mod and juice that sells for almost half the price online. So expect to pay a high premium for the convenience of walking out with goods on the spot. read more

It's a great shop with lots of selection, but the dude, Cody, was so loud & rude towards the older gentleman that works there. I felt so bad for the older gentleman that I almost left without purchasing anything. It was so unnecessary & unprofessional. read more

Great place! So many flavor options available and a well rounded inventory of parts. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. It's a really chill environment. The prices are great too. Would recommend any new or experienced vapers to shop here. Whether it be to just hang out or restock, this place is hands down the best around! read more

Customer service was excellent. They didn't have the coils I wanted but had no issue with referring me to a competitor which showed me they care about the customer getting what they want. The shop itself was messy and disorganized and the smoke was as dense as if you were in a Halloween maze, a little circulation could go a long way. Regardless of the popular opinion that vaping secondhand smoke is harmless it's scientifically proven that it does release molecules into the air that can attach to the lung, if you want to hit this store for flavors they have it. Although it was rather disturbing that a young child would be occupying the store in such dense smoke, regardless of whether you think the smoke is harmless, why would you risk it, aside from the fact the place is supposed to be 18+ only. The character this stores holds was not in line with the values I posses, being that they are a small business I think this is a great part of them being successful. I would not support their venture in the future. read more
