Unprofessional, not as advertised. Deep cleaning, healthier meals, better attention to guests needed.

This time they had C4 Ultimate for TEN BUCKS?? Bro that's actually criminal . Farith was the one helpin' me out again, and bro is straight different. Mans actually knows how to vibe with every single member that walks in instead of givin' NPC energy. He even helped me before when I was tryna figure out which BCAAs were the move, and every recommendation was lowkey a W. After I copped my stuff I still had the rest of my workout to finish, so I asked if I could leave my supplements there and grab 'em on the way out. Plot twist... my goldfish memory kicked in and I completely forgot . I didn't even come back until the NEXT DAY. This absolute legend wrote a note for the staff to make sure my stuff was waiting for me. Nahhh... that's GOAT behavior. Bro's customer service is actually S-tier. If you hit up the Nutrition Shop, ask for Farith. Homie's the definition of taking care of people. Massive W.

Tried this place out for the first time and it was a great experience!…read more I signed up online for the 6 AM class. When I walked in a few minutes before class, I was greeted by Philip who already had my liability form ready for me to sign. He then showed me where the restrooms were, where I could leave my stuff and then I was introduced to the instructor Daniel. Daniele was very thorough at explaining all of the movements and the class format. This was a class like I've never taken before so I didn't know what to expect. It was a lower body focused workout this day. The dynamic warm-up followed by a more progressive warm-up, took about 20 minutes of the class. Next, we were given a super set assignment to do strength and cardio focused exercises for four rounds. Then we moved onto our big lift, which were the barbell-squats. Each person got their own rack and barbell set up, which I found pretty impressive. The class size was pretty small compared to what I'm used to, but that gave Daniel the opportunity to give a lot of focus to each member and make sure their form was on point. There was a short ab burnout at the very end of the class. There was absolutely no cardio which for some people makes them very happy When I asked about the schedule, I was told that they alternate between strength and cardio conditioning throughout the week so if you're looking for weight training in a small group fitness atmosphere that does not rush you this would be a place you would enjoy.
