We had 45 minutes so we sat at the bar, which was clean. Didn't have my California ID but used my Global Entry card (which don't do, bring your passport). They barely accepted it. $13 for a Bloody Mary and a White Claw. Bloody Mary was perfect and the Claw is a Claw, lots of options here. Would recommend for a quick stop. Cash only. read more

Definitely the neighborhood dive bar of Bremerton (not a bad thing). This is a great place to enjoy a cheap cold one while getting off of a ferry or while you wait for your ferry's departure time. It's nice to see that there are still affordable places here and there that don't try and gouge patrons out of convenience. Keep in mind that this place is cash only...there's an ATM inside the bar and there's a Kitsap Credit Union ATM around the corner. I believe the fee for it is $3 if you don't bank with them. The bathrooms were a little on the sketchy side...someone drew a penis above the urinal I was using lol. read more

I was at the Ferry Terminal and seen this bar so I thought I would give it a try. So first, the tables and chairs were not wiped down or cleaned at all, second..is that they didn't accept credit or debit cards, third...absolutely felt like no air ventilation, surprised no customers have suffocated from lack of air...if you want air..step outside in the front..just to find over filled garbage cans and flies as seen in the picture. The drinks and the bartender was great..the owner just needs to take better care of the place so customers will keep returning. read more

What a great bar to drink at while waiting for the next ferry back to Seattle! This is a no frills place, which I'm completely cool with because it makes drinks extremely affordable. The bartender was really welcoming and was great at making sure that we had our water to accompany our beer and mixed drinks. We were able to catch the game on TV while sitting at the bar, and having a clock nearby helped us not kiss) miss our ferry. Can't wait to come back next time we're in the area! read more

Smells like an old bar rag instantly as you walk in, It's ancient & they have a low selection of alcohol & the alcohol they do have isn't that great. They don't take cash either. Definitely a dive. My wife & I went on a Saturday night. We sat down @ the bar & waited for the bartender to finish her cigarette. While waiting, the guy to my left looked @ me and growled several times. Ever see a persons eyes when they're really really high on drugs? He was scary. It was hot and smelly. I have visited this dive bar off and on for a decade. Over these ten years there is STILL no door on the men's bathroom stall. The carpet is pretty nasty. The Bartender Jenny is fun to talk to. It can be a riot when they get bands in there... And HOT. OMG during the summer it gets REALLY hot in there. Over all an average place. They just need to do some aesthetic upgrades and maybe get some better ventilation during the summer. read more

Can't believe no one has reviewed this before. What a dive. There's really only one reason I've been to this bar and it's to catch a drink while waiting for the ferry and it really was about all I needed to see of this place. The drinks are cheap and the service is kind and quick but the crowd is mostly cranky old drunks and it makes the whole place feel kinda stuffy. Maybe I'll stop in for a quick shot before hopping on the ferry but I doubt I'll ever spend a night drinking here. read more

Quite possibly the worst bar ever. The service is terrible. The patronage is deplorable. It felt as it I had walked into a place I shouldn't have belonged. I spent twenty minutes in the horribly kept environment and the whole time it felt as if the alcoholic locals wished I was dead. I love a good dive bar, but this isn't one of them. I've been to this place twice recently, and I have to say, even as a guy, I didn't feel completely safe there. Something about this place seems to attract the the bottom of the barrel of Bremerton- and not in an interesting way either. What is normally fun about a dive bar(the people, the seedy atmosphere) is missing from this place. It seems most of the customers we're friends of the bartender or heavy drinkers that needed a quick fix. If you like bad service, and enjoy acrid smell of urine wafting from the men's room, then this place might be for you. read more

From Seattle, I took the ferry to Bremerton last Christmas Day (2009), stopped in here for a beer, wound up staying for hours, played pool, ate free sandwiches and other food provided by the owner, had a great time. Like the others have said, a true dive is really the only way to describe this place. The smell if piss isn't quite as bad as it used to be, but the atmosphere is seedy and you'll occasionally be overcharged by the bartender. Thats said, its dirt cheap. No food, cash only. read more
