The letter--which I'm sure wasn't even written by her but by her client--was filled with lies, spurious attacks on my character, excuses for why her client pleaded gulity (he WAS guilty), and she sent that letter, after her client pleaded guilty to assault, to a Board of Ethics! I would love to read the PA Disciplinary Board opinion to learn that facts that resulted in her suspension, but I'm satisfied that she is no longer a member of the bar.

Please I urge you to think twice about going with a law firm that is almost constantly advertising their business, and to be fair there are always an exception to my rules. I did that and after a 2 or 3 month waiting time because of my need to save up for their quoted price, the price went up $800.00. I did question her about price increase but got no where. I simply replied " OK let me see what I can do to scrape up more money." She replied "Ok we are here for when you need us". What kind of lawyers office would want to stick it to a potential new client? I thought their goal was to help? I then searched on line for another lawyer and came across the firm of Cunningham, Chernicoff & Warshawsky, P.C. who I have heard of only because they have been in this area for 38+ years.
