They said it would take from 7-14 business days to try to have it repaired and they had no idea how much it would cost (after the initial $59 fee). Cesar called me within minutes, it was late Friday and all the other local repair places were closed until Monday. I took it over and he had it diagnosed and fixed in less than 1 hour! Dell told me not to take it anywhere locally. When Cesar opened up my computer he showed me the cheap parts they had used on my expensive laptop. He replaced the bad parts with high-quality ones. Now I'm just waiting on part 2, more parts to complete the repair. But it was good enough to use to get important work done over the weekend. Thanks Cesar!

It's almost impossible to interface with Facebook, let alone get them to make a change, but I suspected that if anyone could, it would be CJ, whom I met through a networking group. Through research and cleverness, he found a way three times to reach a live chat person and, on the third try, POOF! My website was no longer banned and Facebook acknowledged it was a flaw in their algorithm that misidentified my site. All this to say, CJ is far more than a site developer. He knows the ins-and-outs of internet workings that make him a valuable resource for whatever ails you in the cyber-jungle. And customer service? Such a great guy with a can-do attitude!
