My stipulations were this would be managed by the book, to the letter of the law - to be sure there were no questions and above reproach. Attorney Kuesnzi accepted. Of course when dealing with other members of the family - questions were raised, conflict was imminent - but Attorney Kuenzi handled things in a very professional manner - working with other attorneys to come to reasonable resolutions. We went through the sale of real estate, personal property and bank accounts. These were handled in a very timely manner and by the book. The office staff was available anytime to the family for all questions and documentation requests and were extremely helpful - even dealing with emotional issues. I hired Steve to handle a probate case. Rarely if ever did i hear from Steve. All my questions were…read morereferred to his part time paralegals who would answer via email several days after the question was posed. The first paralegal quit early in the case. The second was a part time lady who was actually quite polite and nice but seemed to rarely work during normal business hours and rarely returned my calls. They continually lost important documents that i had to re submit dragging out the process. On 3 separate occasions i asked for an updated statement with all current billable hours. Not once was my request honored,at the end of the case the bill was 50% higher than what i was originally quoted. Upon questioning office staff about specific billable hours that did not make sense to me I was told that i needed to speak with Steve. After multiple calls that went un returned Steve finally responded to me via email stating that he would deduct 500 off the bill and if i did not pay the balance he would take legal action against me! I cant stress enough to stay away from this law firm. It is run like a part time business that charges Full time prices.
