The only problem was that Nathan forgot to bring the hardware for our gate and said he'd bring it by to finish installing within a couple days and we believed him. I paid in full that night thinking for sure we could trust him but he never came back to finish our gate or to install the hardware. After multiple texts back and forth he still never came back to finish our gate or even attempted to bring us the hardware for our gate which was in the contract. Lesson learned, do not pay in full until the job has been 100% completed.

I took a week to decide to choose his company. Nathanasked me to send the 50% deposit to Venmo account in his wife's name in 2 equal payments. Venmo wouldn't allow that so his wife met me near my bank in KC. I paid the 2nd payment in cash. That was on April 7, 2025. They were to start work the next week. They didn't. Nobody called, nobody texted until I text then. I listened to excuses like they overbooked their opening, it rained setting them behind, etc. At one point i asked if i could just cancel and get a refund. I left voice and text messages which were never answered. I was told "We'll be there next week" and was even told "lumber will bedelivered Tuesday, we'll be there Wednesday" once. No lumber came. No workers came. I left messages begging to get my money refunded starting May 28th. Nathan said his head​ hadn't been in the game but they'd come the next week. I said he'd told me that too many times, I needed my money. It's now the end of July and he has refunded NOTHING. I had to claim fraud through Venmo for the payment that clearly stated I was buying a fence. IF Mr. Crim has worked through his personal issues, he may be building beautiful fences, I wish him the best in his business pursuits. Im hopeful that he will be successful enough to refund the rest of my "deposit".

They came out in less than a half hour, found my clean-out which was buried in almost a foot of mulch. He cleared the clog and left and we were happy. Within an hour I had another backup and call him. He came over right away and cleared out two more eggs. He crawled under the house and help me put sand down and told me it was part of his guarantee and did not charge me any extra. I will definitely have him out to do some more work around the house.
