They immediately decided to do the extra work necessary to complete the project and still honored the price on the original estimate. I waited to provide a review to see if any issues came up over time, but a year after the remodel the bathroom still looks amazing. We have them coming out today to bid for a new project. My experience with Soto Roofing was one of the best I've ever had with a home repair. My roof was…read morereplaced by the previous owner in 2021, however, they didn't get a WPI-9 to qualify for TWIA coverage and when I had the roof inspected they had cut corners that did not meet the requirements. I was afraid that nothing short of a total roof replacement would be adequate, but the inspector referred me to Soto Roofing. The owner Carlos Soto came out the same day to give me a quote. Carlos meticulously inspected the roof and gave me a detailed explanation of the things the previous roofer had done to cut corners and why these things did not meet the TWIA standards. Despite the extensive work that needed to be done, Carlos gave me a very reasonable quote and had a crew at my house the next morning to start the 2-day job. Carlos remained in contact throughout to update me on progress and came out to inspect the work and did a few more minor things personally before approving the job as done. The amount of time, effort and personal attention I received from Carlos and his crew far exceeded my expectations, especially for the fee he charged. If you live in Brazoria or any other coastal county and believe that you can't get a roof repair approved for WPi-9 post construction, I encourage you to call Soto Roofing before you throw in the towel on getting your home protected.

My garage was long overdue for a new roof! I put it off for almost two years but this spring I was…read morebound and determined to get it done. I reviewed local companies online, and asked bids from three of them. Brian at Encore Roofs won the bid. He took time during the estimate visit to answer my noob questions and the various product options. He also offered to install a ridge vent for a very modest additional fee, and explained the benefits of having one. I had already been trying to decide how to best vent that space because it's muderously hot in there in the summertime. He is very professional, even down to his work clothes, yet friendly and patient. He's the kind of guy you've never met but you'd swear you know him from "somewhere" (in a good way, of course). He was also the most reasonably priced: right about what I thought it should cost for a two car garage with a simple roof. And his warranty was a couple years longer than the other bidders, as well. In less than a week after I had put out for bids, the roof was completed, just in time for a new spate of rain showers. I was amazed at how efficiently and meticulously Brian works. The roof was never left exposed to the elements during the process, and he completely cleaned up afterwards. You can tell he takes immense pride in a job well done, and it shows in the high quality of the finished product. So far, the roof has not leaked, and I doubt it ever will. I would MOST DEFINITELY recommend Encore Roofs for your roofing job.

Brian was able to fix and repair my issue within a hour and one thing I want to add is that Brian noticed that we had holes around our chimney that could be a possible issue so he took it upon himself to seal off the holes and he honestly didn't have to do that but that just goes to show his good character. I highly recommend Brian for any roof repairs.
