When we got there, we realized that we needed some adjustments in the original program we had brought to them. Their customer service was amazing. They worked with us until they figured out a way to print our program. The finished product was beautiful, perfect! And not only that it was 1/3 the price that was quoted to us earlier in the day at a big box type of printing store. We could not have been happier or more thankful that we came to Evergreen!! They have excellent service and professional products.

It was supposed to be a surprise for my husband for our 10th anniversary. I am so disappointed in this place, didn't even call to tell me it wouldn't be done when promised! I was going to have something else framed for his birthday, but this place has lost a customer. So they fixed the mistake, I got a metal frame put on for now & when the wood one comes in I don't have to pay anymore. Essentially I'm getting the wood frame at half price. It remains to be seen if I use them for my next order.

The checkout gal, Mango, was way more interested in her phone than trying to help us locate the item. When we checked out after finding the item (with the wonderful help from another employee in a different area) we were fortunate enough to go through Mango's line again. She was apologetic when she realized who was at her register. The gallery owner NOW tells us that nothing in the gallery can be purchased until 30 days later because they are going to have a showing. That's nice. Our question was why did you not tell us this information when we arrived. The owner talked non stop the whole time we were there and she was extremely annoying. She asked us what we were looking for and what could she help us with. We were trying to admire the displayed art and browse without extraneous noises. She should have told us no sales were going to happen. She did say that she would contact the artist of the piece we had interest in and see if she wanted to sell it to us and we could come back some other day and find out if we could buy it. We are more accustomed to a professional buying experience. I would never return to this business and I would never recommend others to go there. The place had a very strange atmosphere in there and a strong negative vibe.

When I order from Hancocks I always get what I ordered ... generally with 1/2" or so to spare! Quit screwing your customers JoAnn!! Measure the way a quilt store does and add a fingers worth of fabric when you cut. I shouldn't have to buy more than I need just to get what I asked for to begin with!!!!

I sent this information to my sister who is a fashion designer of Moore Divahs_LLC in the Quad Cities of Illinois. As she was in the process of already making masks, so with this promotion she could help the community more. Unfortunately her experience with the new store manager Julia, wasn't a pleasant one. Here is what she encountered... "Julia the manager of the Moline, Illinois store was very rude upon me asking about the advertisement. She had an attitude for no apparent reason with me. Her associates weren't giving out material for the masks. Then lied about being out of material when I was in the store on Saturday, to be originally told they haven't had time to cut it up or give it out. Someone also stated that we could drop masks off at the store. Julia said she would prefer we didn't bring completed mask to the store, and told us to contact Trinity Hospital." As my sister is a frequent customer of this establishment I find it truly unprofessional of Julia who has 25 years of customer experience as a manager, to treat her customers with such little disregard. When all they are trying to do is help the community stay healthy during this time of panic and distress.
