It's my understanding that this business used to have a good reputation but then was taken over by completely different owners and has not maintained the same standard of business. I went here after my accountant retired and based on my family having used their services for years, my family was not even aware that the business had been taken over by new owners. My complete interaction with them from the start was very poor. They made very simple mistakes on my return that caused major headaches and after waiting 9 months I was finally able to get them resolved. I'm concerned that there could have been even larger mistakes made and since I'm not an accountant, I'm not even aware of them. I hope my headaches are over and I seriously recommend you use someone else's services so you don't have the same issues!! read more
