She was very understanding and apologetic about the situation and assured me she would take care of the issue. True to her word, the very next day Dave, the installer who originally did the work, came to my home and repaired all of the problem areas, including the loose screens and the spline that had come out. Dave did an excellent job, just as he did during the original installation. While I was frustrated with the difficulty I had initially getting a response, I do want it noted that once Kay became involved, the company responded quickly and the problems were resolved professionally. I appreciate Kay for taking the time to listen and make things right, and I thank Dave for the quality work and for coming out promptly to fix everything.

I ordered it one week ahead of the storm so my large plant collection would not be sunburned in case we lost the top of the cage. He never delivered it and claimed it was not in stock. I later discovered from another contractor that was a lie. As weeks and months ensued, I requested a refund for my money that he had apparently simply pocketed. He began to ignore all my requests and communication via phone, email and FB messaging. Now, I will have to file a small claims court complaint to hope to get any kind of restitution. Don't become a victim like I did, this guy is a deceptive THIEF!

I waited several days after that and asked (phone VM and text) about a "new date" and that I understood with all the rain, he was running behind. I had to ask a second time before he replied it was a supply issue and never giving me a back up date. We went for another extended time. With company coming, our pool exposed and a big mess and cooler weather moving in (and unable to open sliders because of bugs), we had to go to plan B. After it was done by someone else and informing Brandon that I could wait no longer, Brandon texted me that he could do it in 8 days out. I said that I've been more than patient and you have been non-responsive...it's done and I need my money back. We even sent him a self addressed and stamped envelope.
