So I had little time to find a new home for my family of 4. After my wife and I decided our best option within our area was to buy, Jim was recommended to me. He made it so incredibly easy and this was not my first home buy. So if you need to buy or sell a home look no further than Jim Sheeley. MARK GEIER..... SOLD…read more The word you truly desire to hear when you want your house to sell. Mark Geier came with a high recommendation so we interviewed him along with one other Realtor to learn more about them. It only took about 30 minutes to realize that Mark was our guy. One of the main things he expresses is the desire to sell homes quickly, not just get the listing. He goes over in great detail the steps in accomplishing that goal . Mark really listened to what we wanted and together we came up with a game plan how to best sell our home He is very confident with his negotiation skills so that you can get that extra dollar amount for your home. It took just 43 days for Mark to sell our home which included the inspection process. During that time we had two different offers which is fantastic during the current housing market. It is not uncommon to drive around the Minnesota area to see For Sale and Sold signs with Mark's name attached to it. He happens to be the number one top selling agent for Plymouth, but is very successful in other areas in Minnesota as well. My husband and I both loved the fact that the brochures that he had done up for each home was top notch and the photographer he hires is a professional photographer that did beautiful work. Another really fabulous and unique feature that Mark has for showings is a device that allows a Realtor to push a button that alerts the homeowners to know that the showing has been completed. It is a great device that automatically sends a text message so you can go back to your home, when potential buyers have finished looking. Mark has built a name for himself along with an honorable reputation. *Plymouth's #1 Home-seller *Licensed REALTOR since 1989 *Top 1/2% in Sales Nationally *President's Premier Award - Coldwell Banker's Highest Honor *Coldwell Banker Burnet's 100% Award *Relocation Specialist *National Association of Realtors Member *Minnesota Association of Realtors Member *Minneapolis Board of Realtors Member Thank You Mark for being with us each and every step of the entire process. mark@markgeier.com

The first, my mother-in-law's Elk River townhome, was listed by The Bandimere Team and sold almost immediately for slightly more than asking price. The second, my father's Woodbury townhome, required some additional maintenance prior to sale, which Rick took care of with no complaint. Again, The Bandimere Team listed and sold the townhome almost immediately and, again, for slightly more than we'd asked. Having been several years since any involvement with real estate transactions, throughout BOTH interactions with The Bandimere Team, my wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the consummate support and professionalism displayed by Rick and his entire team throughout the entire process. So, in summary, TWO listings, TWO sales, BOTH for more than we'd asked. Who could ask for anything more? It is for the reasons above that I would HIGHLY recommend The Bandimere Team if you're thinking of buying OR selling!

Brady and the First Class Mortgage staff provided a PHENOMENAL experience for us from day 1. This…read morewas the second time we've refinanced and it has been the best experience we've ever had. We had a great 30-year rate already, but we wanted to take advantage of the low rates. I called and checked online with 7 different mortgage companies and I'm so thankful we chose First Class Mortgage. Not only did they offer the best rate and lowest closing costs of the other companies, but they offered assurance that if the loan process took longer than expected (which is common with the low interest rates right now), they would take care of it and we wouldn't have to pay extra to continue locking in the rate. This was something none of the other companies were willing to do. Thankfully, their team processed our loan as quickly as possible. They made the process so very simple; we were able to do everything except the closing (which was also perfect) in person. They were clear about everything from the beginning and answered every question we had. They communicated with us every step of the way so that there were no surprises. To top it all off, despite telling us our rate would be locked in and couldn't be reduced, their team was able to get our rate down from 2.375% to 2.25%! WOW! Thanks to them, we are paying almost the same monthly amount...but will pay it off 7 years earlier! We are incredibly grateful for everything they have done. Thank you to Brady, Lisa, Nate, and Austin for a FIRST CLASS experience in every possible way. We are very excited about the money we'll save over the next 15 years. :)
