I live in an association that is managed by this company and i honestly think i have NEVER seen…read moresuch uneducated communication! I emailed a question 6 weeks ago regarding my dues through the portal. In 6 weeks I have had 7 different people send me a generic response but not one has actually answered my question. Its actually become somewhat entertaining that these people are that ignorant, somewhat sad as well. Its horrible management and horrible communication. They will be the reason I move. Sad.

They speed down the streets scaring kids, they damaged our property while building and took no action to fix until we called them on it twice. Unbelievable. Complaints went unanswered or we were told "you will love the house when it's done" instead of addressing any issues. When we followed up they simply stopped answering our questions. Worst house building experience ever. Think twice before using this builder, they were totally disrespectful to the neighborhood they worked in. Profit above all is not a good look, not to mention the cookie cutter looking homes.
