I hired Mandy to do the short sale and I could not be happier with the outcome. She worked very hard on my behalf and assisted me with all the paperwork that most realtors would have thrown in my lap and said "fill these out". She also tirelessly negotiated with the other players involved to get the prices where they needed to be to get the sale done so I could be free to move on and someone else could enjoy my home. I give Mandy an A+ rating and encourage anyone looking to sell or buy a home to give her a call!! Brian Vork Santa Clarita, Calf.

After not receiving a status update for an extended period of time I reached out to her, only to find out her client had accepted an offer before the sale become public. Neither she nor her client felt any obligation to inform me of the change in circumstances, but rather left me believing this was still an opportunity for me. I recognize they weren't under any obligation to inform me I was no longer being considered for the property but feel at the least it would have been a simple courtesy and shown integrity. The disregard for me and all my months of effort to obtain the property makes me question Julie's honorableness. A true professional would have taken the time to inform me of this information, rather than stopping communication because there was no longer a financial benefit to our partnership

At the height of the housing shortage, and multiple offers later we were able to close on our new home in July 2021. Julie was great from beginning to end. She was easily available to answer question and concerns, she was flexible to our schedule, and she brought a wealth of knowledge as we looked at about 15 different homes and pointing our things we would not have noticed. She was very patient with us and did a great job of explaining everything in detail. Without her I don't think we would have been successful in getting our offer accepted on our dream home we now live in with more room and more yard for the family to play and enjoy our time at home. She did an all-around great job and I strongly recommend you use her too when buying or selling your next home!
