Bought a brand new home from Dream Finders Homes. They have installed improper parts and covered up their faults so inspection time comes and no one can see what was done incorrectly. This is by far the worst builder I have ever dealt with. Please do your homework and look them up and see all their lawsuits and class action suits. This is their MO. read more

I purchased a home from Dream Finders last June and have been very disappointed. After moving in I experienced cracking and popping tiles on both the floor and shower wall, creaking vinyl flooring, a faulty smoke detector, poor HVAC airflow, and drywall bowing and cracking at seams. Dream Finders refuses to accept responsibility, blames normal settling, doesn't accommodate scheduling, and has very poor communication. I would NEVER recommend them. read more

If you are looking to build a new home do NOT go with DFH. Your wishes in your house do not make it into the contract, when you question why that is they threaten to pull your contract as a means of bullying you. I have asked multiple times to speak with a supervisor and have been ignored and dismissed. Poor communication/transparency that they do not take any accountability for. read more

This company is a scammer. Run fast and far from it. Buying a home here and you will have to deal with nightmares of low quality, lying builder who is ready to do their warranty service read more

I strongly recommend going elsewhere for your home buying. As others have shared, the poor quality and lack of integrity within the company seems to be pervasive and extensive with no accountability whatsoever. We had a terrible experience and I regret ever getting involved with DFH. read more

One star is too much to add to this review. The worst experience with housing and builders in 40 years. I cannot stress enough that you will be dealing with an organized gang of liars, dishonesty, scammers, and unprofessional personnel across all levels (sales, finance, and administration), on top of disrespect. It is a horrible experience, with a poor basic finish and forcing buyers to close in on uninhabitable houses. We have closing on schedule, and after relocating from another state, DFH and their lender (NEO) notified the buyer after arriving at the destination. Sorry, you cannot close on the house until a week later. Lots of miscommunication, unfinished work that needs the buyer to sign off, then fix after closing, and rough plumbing pipes in the laundry room without installing a cheap sink. The proof is that faulty constructions have no quality and failed inspections on the website. DFH refused to return earnest money and refused to solve the dispute. I complained to BBB, and the same liars responded with lies. The title company agent mentioned that DFH always has big problems with closings. Avoid Dream Finder Homes (DFH) builders in any location across the country, and do yourself a favor. read more

Lied about amenities at Kinston in Loveland, CO. Bait and switch is illegal. Checking options with the Colorado Attorney General. Terrible quality. Warranty repairs take forever for response. Don't be fooled. read more

Beware and don't buy in this neighborhood (Overbrook Ln Longmont) or with dream finders. I have been holding off for a year now to say how horrible our experience has been. A year later and we are still dealing with everything imaginable. If this was our primary home you betcha I would have come out on the news already. This has been the 3rd new build home we have purchased and this one has sucked on all expectations from customer service, to the home foundation, Lascaping problems the land shifting causing sidewalk and driveway to shift. We literally have every problem outside and inside imaginable. We were the first ones to close on this new neighborhood and I was disappointed and disgusted how dirty and the conditions the house was in, it wasn't move in ready. After Mike (the superintendent) promise to get the cleaning crew back to clean he never did and I had to clean it myself. We have had 3 gas leaks, broken furnace. Half of the basement concrete was busted and cracked. With all the issues we have had they have always cut corners and have been giving us pushback and run around with everything that needed to be fixed. Till this day they have not made it right for us and we are still dealing with warranty. The quality of the interior and exterior are poorly made and with cheap materials. Please buy somewhere else!!! read more
