Dream Entertainment did my daughters sweet sixteen party a year ago, I'm just now getting around to yelping, I'm a little behind on the times.. Anyways the event was a huge success!!! Trisha and Anthony were wonderful people to work with and made sure to accommodate everything my daughter wanted. We had a DJ, photo booth, a photographer, and a few lights, I'm sure you can tell how much we spoil my little girl. The DJ was very professional and honored our request to play clean music, as our family was attending the event as well. The photo booth was great. All of the kids had a blast putting on the funny glasses and wigs. SUCH A COOL CONCEPT!!! And our pictures came out wonderful! This is the worst Sound in lighting company in Vegas. They have the worst reputation. They've been sued so many times please google them before you think about hiring them. They only hire drug addicts and people that are all almost homeless. I sued him once in 2009 and again this year and just won $2600 judgment against him. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! They have no understanding of customer service. We hired them for a simple TV/DVD installation for our wedding day. I called up Dream Entertainment and spoke to Megan. She was helpful, cheery, and eager to assist. She quoted me a price of $200. I hung up the phone and called a few other places - some were cheaper by $5 or $10 but the overall impression Megan left seemed that they would be a better company. So I gave them a shot. My mistake - should have yelped them first and researched first! I had stayed up the night before my wedding to put the finishing touches to a video for our reception, I literally stayed up until 6am making sure the music was perfectly synced to the video. At the reception, all looked well. The TV was a good size for the room and was mounted to a very cool stand. The first red flag was that there was no remote for the TV - they supplied the WRONG remote. No biggie, I thought. I can adjust volume using the buttons on the TV itself. It's just a minor inconvenience. I popped in the DVD that I worked so hard on the night before - no sound. Checked the volume, still nothing. I look behind the DVD player - there are no audio cables. They supplied composite R/G/B cables for video but NO audio R/Y cables!! I was beyond pissed. I scrambled and went to the manager of the restaurant to see if he had anything in his office, he did his best but only came up with some headphone cables - yeah that's not going to work. So I played the video that was supposed to be a big surprise to my bride and family - with no sound. Needless to say it was very underwhelming and extremely disappointing. About a week later after we were all settled back at home, I called up Dream Entertainment. Megan answered again. Oh good, I thought. She was the one who took my order and I spoke to her a few times after, so she should know the deal. "Hey Megan, It's Jerry who ordered the TV rental. I had a little problem, there was no sound - the audio cables were not provided.." Megan replies "Hey...ok...I'm just about to leave the office, I'll look into it tomorrow and talk to the guys. I'll give you a call back." Hmmm, that's alittle cold, I think. "Sure Megan, sounds good. Just let me know." I hang up the phone - wait doesn't she need my number? Ah she probably has it on caller ID. Cool she'll contact me tomorrow, I can wait it out. Tomorrow comes and goes. 3 days come and go. On the 5th day, I call them back. "Hi Megan, it's Jerry about that TV problem. Did you find out anything?" Megan answers "Oh sorry for not calling you back, I completely forgot. Yeah so what do you want us to do?" I was stunned. What do you want us to do? That's your answer? "Well" I said, "I think a partial refund would be appropriate. Maybe $50? I basically got half of what I asked for - I got the video but no sound." Her reply? "Well, you do know you got it practically for free!" She chuckled. "I'm sorry, did you say free? Um no I paid $200. In fact there were cheaper places but I went with you guys!". "Oh sorry" Megan replies, "The other girl told me she quoted you way less". I reply "Megan, you're the only person I spoke to...ever." Megan final reply "Ok, well I'm going to have to speak to Anthony - he's the owner - and see what we can do. I'll let you know". It's been about 3 months now, still waiting for Megan to speak to Anthony and "let me know" if they can refund me $50. Don't use Dream Entertainment. Do some research and check around. Call the venue and talk to their events coordinator and see if they have any suggestions. My guess is that Dream Entertainment is a small, hole in the wall operation and aren't cut out for the service oriented, customer needs come first business. read more

A very poor, and disorganized company! There are many others that you can choose form, and should use. DREAM is more like NIGHTMARE. Their staff are not helpful, the crew are rude, and they are always forgetting things. Their equipment is not in the best shape either, and sometimes does not work. The day of the wedding was perfect, DJ was great, photo booth was one of the favorite features of the guests, wedding music was on point. The videographers were a bit pushy, but overall I was absolutely impressed with everything on my wedding day. My wedding was May 16th, 2015, today is November 2nd, 2015, we still have not received our wedding video. As of 10am this morning, it was still not complete. Inexcusable! *update* We received our video Christmas Eve 2015, it was absolutely awful editing, shotty, lazy work. Unbelievable! read more

We got their photography and DJ services for our wedding and oh my, they were the worst part of our wedding experience. Lets start with the photography, we decided to get them to cover our both our ceremony and reception. They even offered us an extra photographer since he was trying to expand his portfolio, which at first we thought was great, but later proved wrong. I know some photography and know the difference between good and a person with a simple point and shoot. These had the equipment but used it as if they were point and shoots. In fact I probably would have preferred someone to just do point and shoots rather then rely on their shots. These two photographers touted they had years of experience and have previously worked on national geographic...I wonder if this was all made up. Their group shots were terrible and very mis-organized, he didnt even get the family shots we wanted. Our couple shots were not any better and even though the location was nice, their angles and Depth of field were all wrong. Ceremony was even worse, we had pictures of the worst face expressions, moments, and even had the other photographer viewed in the some of them. The reception was even worse then the ceremony. One of the final photos we saw was so bad, and out of place of us looking like we were on the cover of a home and garden magazine that we had to get it to joke. We also got photos that were half edited, as well as 3 months of promises and excuses of mailing of the photos. DJ wise, he had the equipment and blasted it throughout the hall as if it were a club. He was completely off cue from our signals for next items. He seemed to due his own thing rather then try to stay on schedule. We even had a talk with him after a few misses to try and help him with the next item, but completely did his own thing. Overall: Do not use this company for photography if you value your memories. If you got a huge party and all your doing is playing music, by all means use the DJ service otherwise...look elsewhere. read more

In January my fiancee and I attended the Bridal Spectacular in Las Vegas. It was a great opportunity to meet a number of vendors, and of course always the chance of winning a neat gift from one of said vendors. Low and behold, I recieved a call from Dream Entertainment that I won a $300 gift certificate. Awesome!!! Since our venue already includes quite a bit, I decided to use the $300 towards lighting. With the $300 certificate, we would still be paying almost $700 for the lighting we were interested in. However, as of two weeks ago.....I have not heard a peep back from Trisa. I have sent a couple of emails to follow up, with no response. Unfortunately I feel that the "gift" from them was more of a ploy to get me to spend major money. Since I was only using lighting, I feel that they decided our business wasn't worth their time. If you're going to offer a "gift" to a customer.....follow through on it. It's frustrating to start a business transaction with a vendor, just to have them go MIA on you. Especially while planning a wedding. Baiting a customer with a "gift" just to bail on them is wrong. If you don't feel that you're getting what you want out of the customer, then don't offer anything at all. Luckily, I found another vendor that was more than happy to give an even better price on the same exact package. When a business responds to emails, they get my business. Contact is signed. Payment is paid. This was really not so much of a "Dream". read more

If there was any way to give a rating of negative stars, this business would be negative 10!! DO NOT go w/ Dream Entertainment for any services!!! I AM WARNING YOU!! I came across them at a bridal show. Before we were leaving, I decided to fill out their little form....and that was the beginning of my nightmare and never ending rollercoaster. I received a call, claiming I won a $200 voucher from them. My fault for believing this gimmick. I should have known better. But, I believe everyone and give them the benefit of the doubt. Of course, I wasn't the only one that "won". One of the girls I'm working with got the same call (who is also getting married)!!! Scam! We were convinced that they are nice people and will provide an amazing DJ, so we made a $400+ deposit. After, I made that deposit...I had this sick feeling. So, I went back to my office and looked up their reviews on weddingwire.com to see they had a 2.8 out of 5.0. My fault for not researching this in advance. The negative reviews were based on the poor customer service, and the DJ didn't go w/ their playlist. They played songs as they pleased. I called an hour later, and spoke to the same lady that took my deposit, and asked her kindly to reverse the charge. Her response, 'I have to ask the owner first'. Ok...that was fine. But, it took a whole month to get a hold of this owner. He was always out of the office, sick or does not have cell phone coverage. Of course, if it was the other way around (where someone needs the owner for a huge booking), the owner would be contacted immediately. Finally, spoke to the owner and he kept convincing to go ahead w/ the booking. He claimed a lot of the reviews I saw were done by other DJ companies who were giving them a bad name. After all the phone calls and emails back and forth, I was just tired of the BS and wanted my money back. He said he will go ahead and refund my money (and I had a witness to this meeting), and I would have to meet w/ him. I scheduled a meeting w/ him, and of course he didn't have the check. Supposedly, the "corporate" office had to process the check. Keep in mind, their office is located at a motel/ cheap hotel. It is located on the first floor, and use to be an old hotel room. Yea, I'm sure they have a "bigger" corporate office. Came back a week later, still no check. Came back again, the "corporate" office still hasn't process it. So, I handed them a small claims letter, and gave them a week and half to refund me the money. No check. So, we are in the process in filing the petition. Also, reported them on BB. We are not letting them get away w/ this. Just wanted to let EVERYONE know what kind of people you would be dealing w/ if you go w/ this business. If my $400 is a loss; I hope my review will give them a bigger loss. They are friendly in the beginning of course, because all they want is your money. I discovered Dream Entertainment last year (2016) at a bridal show. My husband and I were looking for a dj/ photographer/ photo booth and we stumbled upon their booth and entered for a chance to win 200-300$ off (I forget what it actually was) and we won and decided to go with them. We chose a three package deal, photo booth, photography and a disc jockey. We mainly worked with Trisa, she is very genuine and task oriented and wanted to make sure things were how my husband and I wanted. Our photographer they provided us with was wonderful. His name is Che and he is a school teacher as well, and he was so sweet and helpful. We had our wedding (ceremony and reception) at Lee Canyon Ski Resort, next exit up from Mt. Charleston Kyle Canyon and it was a pretty good amount of ground to cover and Che did it all, he was everywhere and he was so nice and had an easygoing personality. I am gonna include some photos from my wedding, they brought their own back splash lighting and they set up a photo booth and the dj station. So the lighting that is purple are the back splash lights. It was lovely and they did so wonderful. I also just went in there today because we are going to have a book of our wedding photos made and Che is going to put it together so in about 4-6 weeks we will receive that and we are looking forward to that. And Trisa is so sweet she gave me a hug before I left, she is genuinely kind and takes concern with how her events turn out. read more

THIS "BUSINESS" WILL RUIN YOUR WEDDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The "DJ" that came to our wedding was a complete loser. And apparantly is "one of the best" of the dj's that they have! He was completely incompetent. He couldn't unload his own equipment. He freaked my husband out by telling him, 10 minutes before our wedding, that he didn't have our wedding song. Then told my husband that he had it, it was just labeled wrong. He played the same songs 2 and 3 times each. He played the wrong song for me (the bride) to walk out to. He called me by the wrong name. He didn't set the pace for our wedding, we had to keep telling him what to do and when to do it. He didn't announce a toast (so we missed out). He ate our food without permission, and apparantly ate a whole lot of it! One of our own groomsmen had to go up and actually help him play some different music. When I called the owner to complain, without hesitation he offered me 3/4 of our money back (less the deposit), to be put in our account within 72 hours. 72 hours passed...no money. Called him again a few days later and he said that there was conflicting info with the dj and he wants us to have a sit down meeting with the dj and himself to discuss the issues and for him to issue us a refund check at that time. The day of the meeting, the owner was 45 minutes late. He didn't have a key to his own office and came completely unprepared after forgetting that we had an appointment. The dj that did our wedding wasn't even there. He stated that he didn't want to come because he already told the owner his side. The whole point of the face to face was to talk with the dj. After TRYING to tell the owner all of the problems (he kept RUDELY interrupting us) he simply kept stating he couldn't believe anything we were saying. He told us that (and I can't even believe this!) we were "taking this TOO PERSONALLY" and "if you stepped outside of the situation you would see that we're making this worse". I'm sorry....THIS IS OUR WEDDING..IT IS PERSONAL!!!!! After going rounds and rounds with him, even going so far as bringing him a video of our wedding (in which you can literally hear a guest say "they should fire this f'ing dj") and pictures of mine and my husband's faces, where we were staring in disgust at the dj, he kept telling us that he didn't believe us. He even went as far as discrediting my mother in law for how she ran the wedding, saying that "because she was not a professional wedding planner, the dj can't get his cues from her". He then took a personal phone call for about 5 minutes during our joke of a meeting. When I told him that he was being very rude to us (while he was on his call) he shot me a VERY dirty look and got off the phone. He then stated he would give us only our deposit back (about 1/4) of what we paid. We advised him that was not sufficient for the poor job that was done. He stated that we received a service and that we needed to pay for it, regardless. My husband and I stood up in disgust and advised him that we would be letting everybody know that this business was a joke. He then stated that he would put our pictures up on YouTube and let everyone know that WE were a joke. Can you believe that.....from the MANAGER! We did NOT get our money back. And probably won't. I have already contacted the Better Business Bureau. If nothing is resolved from that, then my husband and I will pursue this in small claims court. Aside from the poor job the dj did, our wedding was a great day. We just feel that we shouldn't have to pay, for a horrible job (or lack thereof) done by this company. And now we're in absolute shock that the owner was such a jerk to us. I can't believe anyone would run a business this way. I would whole-heartedly advise anyone from using this company! We have attended a half dozen weddings in the last couple of years. This was the real deal the way we are used to doing it in NY. From the minute we walked in to Frank Sinatra to announcing the full bridal party during the grand entrance. Everything was timed perfectly and all our requests were met. The Money Dance for my new Son in laws side of the family to the tarantella for ours. The uplighting & Video Wall behind the Bride & Groom Head Table really made the room exceptional. The photo booth and props had a line the entire night. Even Father Bill got into the photo booth spirit and then did the kick line with a packed dance floor to New York New York. The Photographers & Videographers had a team at the Grooms Mom's house and our house for the bridal party preparations 2 hours before the wedding. It takes a true Master to pull it all together and make it look easy. The professionalism of the well oiled machine that his team is, made our day EPIC. My wife and I got married May 1st, 2015. Of all of the stressors involved in getting married, photography was without a doubt our biggest concern. We had put photography off until just a month before our event because we hadn't found the right fit yet. We met with Dream Entertainment and were absolutely blown away. Our experience with them was so positive and we were so impressed with the examples they had shown us we decided to book The High Roller Photo Package, The High Roller Video Package, and the Hollywood Red Carpet Photo Experience (photo booth). We were excited but still nervous! Well let me tell you, I truly think Dream Entertainment was one of the biggest blessings/successes of our entire wedding. Not only did our photos/videos turn out absolutely incredible, the team Dream Entertainment provided was so friendly and fun to have around. For example, I can still remember the names of the two videographers that worked with me and the guys (Ryan and Patrick), who by the time the night was over, we felt like we made two more friends. We first heard of Dream Entertainment at a Bridal Spectacular and I actually won a prize from them. I already had my DJ/MC so we chose to do a Photobooth from them. We were able to go in and view the booth and had all of our questions answered. This was several months before the wedding, but any time we had a question or concern, they were always right there to answer for us. The photobooth was a total hit at our wedding reception. Everyone seemed to stop by for at least one picture. They print out the pictures there and everyone in the picture gets a copy and we got a copy in a scrapbook as a keepsake. You also receive a CD with the digital images. They even included our names and the date on the picture for the guests. read more

In November of 2015 I was asked to put together my company's annual Holiday Party, and guess what? We needed a DJ. I immediately reached out to Dream and spoke to Meggan. She was so helpful. She arranged for the entire party committee to have lunch in their store and discuss the details of the event. The day of the party went off without a hitch. We could not have had better photographers (probably because they are subbed out and not part of Dream). The music was fine and no other real issues were encountered, other than the DJ being unprepared with the right song for my wife's entrance. The post wedding experience was a complete disappointment. Nobody returns calls. Everyone has excuses. Really unproffesional shop. We got married in October of 2010 and did not receive our final photos/video until June of 2011! We had to file a complaint with the BBB just to get them to be serious about our order. To date they never replied to the complaint. If your down to two selections for a photo/video/DJ vendor and Dream is one of the two, pick the other one. read more

I used Dream Entertainment for my wedding in May 2010. I was shown a ton of amazing pictures promised all kinds of beautiful things and as it turns out it was all a scam. The pictures were mediocre, the DJ didn't play half of the songs we requested and because they wanted to meet with us after the ceremony to talk about the layout of the reception it cut an hour into it and delayed eating, and left only an hour to dance. We were promised three photographers (we got 2, one of which didn't even know what she was doing). We ordered a Dream Photo Book that we never received, and it took them forever to get us our prints (December 2010). I've been told several times that the book was in the works and be patient. (I've been married for almost 15 months.) I could go on forever about how disappointed I was. I am so disappointed we are going to renew our vows for our 5 year anniversary and hope to capture some nice moments. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Awful! Just had to send a complain to BBB. They have random people working for them and none of them know what they are doing. Anthony, the owner, is nothing but a liar and will tell you everything you want to hear but when it comes time for him to deliver, he doesn't. We used dream for DJ and videography. They traveled out of state to do our wedding which I thought was great. Everything leading up to the wedding ran smoothly. I was told we were going to have 2 videographers and only one showed up and he was not very personable. He also missed me (the bride) getting ready. It took awhile to receive our edited video and I was not happy after all the money we paid. He cut out important parts like the speeches and blessing! Who does that? ( I was told because it was shaky during that part but on the raw material, they were perfectly fine) Also, the ceremony looked like a child recorded it. He didn't capture important moments and cut out people walking down the aisle. I would not go with them for videographer. I know that it is almost 1 year since my daughters wedding at Lake Las Vegas, but I needed to write a review. We used Dream Entertainment for our son's wedding videographer, and we were very happy with their service. When our daughter decided to get married we figured that we would speak to them again, so we met at a bridal show. We decided to use them for engagement photos, wedding photos, videography, and DJ services. They did an amazing job, and even through in a violinist for the ceremony. My daughter got married this weekend and what a great job Dream entertainment did! Photographers took so many photos and were extremely nice. Videographer was capturing every moment. She was running all over the place trying to get everything that was going on. The DJ really made the party! I have been to several weddings where the DJ was horrible. Not the case here. The DJ sets the tone for the entire night, and Anthony and crew had us dancing all night long. All our guests were commenting on what a great DJ we had. I hired dream to DJ and set up a photo booth for my daughter's 18th debutant ball on July 11, 2015. They were nothing short of perfection. I read the other reviews and don't know who or what company these people are talking about because I NEVER spoke to a guy, always spoke to the owner Trisa. They were set up the night before the event. I know because we had dress rehearsal at the venue on Friday night and everything was there except the DJ. The DJ, JT was absolutely fantastic-he emceed the event as well. He played for the kids till midnight even when there were only a hand full of them left after the party. By the end of the night my daughter was presented with a book with pictures of everyone that got pictures taken at the photo booth. Alicia the lady at the office who put the music together for the specific programs was absolutely great!!!! She never questioned me, just offered suggestions. Overall, if I could, I would give Dream a 100 stars. I just wished I used you for video and photos as well... THANK YOU for making my daughter's debut special. read more

I also feel as if this was the worst part of our wedding. Photography was awesome! We loved our photographers, they had great shots and equipment. They were friendly and worked very well together. Everyone LOVED the photo booth. DJ however was awful. AWFUL. He played inappropriate music during dinner and many songs we had requested they play for us they didn't even have the night of the wedding. He was RUDE to everyone who requested a song, especially my mother and sister (who mind you paid his bill for the night). He came unprepared and didn't have a time line until we talked about it DURING MY COCKTAIL HOUR. I had tons of family from out of town and would have much rather done this ahead of time. When we tried to make a time line ahead of time they refused and said that they work very well with the venue and things will be seemless. WRONG. We were very disappointed. Please do not use them. I loved the photography, but the DJ was so bad. You will regret it. I wish we went with someone else. The DJ I feel is such a huge part of a wedding. We used Dream Entertainment for our wedding reception. Dream was suggested to us by our caterer, which wasn't great either. We chose the "Deluxe Dream DJ Package" for $900. We paid in full at the time of the booking which was six months prior to the event. Two weeks prior to the event we submitted our request list and event list (father daughter dance, money dance, longevity dance, etc.). My wife chose a father daughter dance with her dad, and I chose a dance with my daughter. I stated several times that it was very important for me to have my dance. Not only did they not arrange the dance, they said they didn't have the song and refused to download it at the reception. We ended up downloading the song via i-phone and playing it from a phone. This wasn't the only song either. The DJ refused to take requests from any of the guests (bride included). They also skipped every other dance. We got our first dance, father daughter dance, and mother son dance and that was it. During planning, the representative we spoke with assured us that if we paid the DJ more money at the event that he would stick around a bit longer and continue playing. Nope! At 10:00pm sharp the DJ shut down and packed right up. In addition, we requested a whole list of songs and only three were played. Of all the services we selected for our wedding reception Dream Entertainment was by far the worst! The bright spot of their service was that they had a DJ and another guy who's sole job was to get people on the dance floor. That guy did a great job and despite not taking requests and not playing most of our songs, the guests still enjoyed themselves. We did receive several comments from our guests about poor DJ service though. read more
