Come to find out 1 of The Barbers just got their licenses a few months ago. I just got the worst haircut with a very unskilled person. Asked him to trim my hair and taper. He ended up cutting and pushing my lining back. I looked retarded. He turned me into a moron...almost like I was supposed to be making an appearance on the Three Stooges. I Will not be going back ever. A professional barbershop shouldn't have students cutting people's hair at a professional price. I would pass on this place. No wonder it was Empty. Student Barbers charging $50 for a haircut, and have the nerve to expect a tip. Even though they have a license they don't have enough experience. I was very unhappy and disappointed with my haircut. Ending up going to another local barber shop and he only charged me $10 to correct his error

**Best Barber in Town - Alfredo is a Legend!**…read more I just moved to the area from San Diego, CA. and I honestly can't believe I found a barber that I can trust so early on. (I am very picky) The shop is newly remodeled and very clean. Overall, a very welcoming atmosphere. Alfredo takes the time to really understand what you're looking for and delivers every time, don't expect a super quick cut because he really focuses on the details and is very proud of his work. What sets him apart is his attention to detail and how he listens. He's not just going through the motions--he genuinely cares about making you look and feel your best. Plus, he's super friendly and makes the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. You never feel rushed, and he always makes sure you're 100% satisfied before you leave. His pricing is also very reasonable. I've had my fair share of bad haircuts in the past, but with Alfredo, I can confidently say I've never left disappointed. If you're looking for a barber who knows his craft, has great style, and is just an all-around great guy, Alfredo is the one. Highly recommend!

My wife comes with me often and she's always greeted and treated with respect. I've seen other reviews but i think some guys just don't understand barbershop etiquette. Basically, the best way to receive the most positive experience is to make an appointment. It's very simple and it's an agreement for both the client and the barber. If you make an appointment, be on time. If you show up and have to wait a few minutes, just remember that every client is different and require different service. Also, a barber wants to make sure the area is clean and his/her tools are prepared for the next client. Whenever an appointment cannot be made and you're a walk-in, please respect the people who made appointments. Walk in, greet the barbers, so that people know you are looking for service and not just waiting on someone else. Then simply ask if someone can get you in today. Be patient and wait. It's the kind of place I imagine a father taking his sons one Saturday of every month. The owner, Angelo, was very friendly. He said that he'd been cutting hair in Riverside for 22 years. Instead of having to explain what I wanted done, he just said "I know what you want," explained, and started cutting my hair. When he finished, he was right. With no prompting from me, he did what almost no 'hair stylist' has ever been able to do- a proper cut. It's refreshing to get a good haircut, for a good price (under $20), from someone who knows what he's doing. If you're sick and tired of cheap hair salons, having to tell someone to use a #2 on the sides, and having a different stylist and a different cut every month, then this place is for you. I plan on going back monthly. Angelo offers shaves, haircuts, and hair styling.
