Dream Cuisine is a boutique business run by mother and son team Owen Saddler and Marilyn Chalkley.
You can find our award winning macarons at some of Canberra's best cafes, and in our brand new sweet little shop and micro cafe at 9/18 Whyalla St Fyshwick, which opened in April 2012
We also have a stall at Canberra's Capital Region Farmers Market at EPIC in Mitchell, and the Bus Depot Markets in Kingston.

History
Established in 2010.
In February 2010 Dream Cuisine opened a stall at the Canberra Regional Farmers Market That week we made and sold 80 macarons and about 40 lime tarts.
We now make 2500 macarons a week, and heaps of Danish, croissants and tarts. We employ five people fulltime, including one apprentice, and work very hard to keep up.
In spit of growing in size we will always bel committed to making all our pastries, macarons and cakes from first principles using the very best ingredients, often organic.
Meet the Business Owner: Marilyn and Owen C.
Owen a lapsed (almost) engineer, and Marilyn , a former journalist and communications professional, are a mother and son team who own and run Dream Cuisine
