Dream Body, Inc. is the epitome of what a fitness program ought to provide: knowledge, skill, effective communication, fun & humor, personality, quality service, encouragement, (and the best part) helping ALL involved to make a health change - for life! I'll be honest. I am hardly the picture of fitness. I faced what I call the "over syndrome" - over forty, overweight, and over the thought of exercising! Now I am overjoyed with the excellence of Dream Body, Inc.'s boot camp! I have never experienced trainers who have such synergy. Each one of them possesses an innate ability to take a class of varied personalities, body types, and fitness levels and get us all on one accord - focused to get to a higher level of health & fitness. I have been part of boot camps, gyms, etc. that have treated participants like a herd of cattle, barely even knowing my name. Now, only with Dream Body, Inc., I desire to workout. They get to know me and work with me right where I am on the way to where I am going! They challenge me and have an uncanny knack to push me in a kind way so that even I've started seeing myself differently. I can do this! Yes, you work & sweat hard and may even have feelings of "They want me to do what???," but they have developed the perfect combination of exercises - cardio and strengthening - that are taught in such a way that you're not trying to watch the clock nor run away! I've never been made to feel intimidated or discouraged. Whether you are fit or flabby; younger or older; an exercise fanatic or a newbie, Dream Body is focused on each person being the best they can be. Temporary quick-fixes are not what they provide; whole fitness (mind & body) is the key. The trainers have multiple certifications so you can be assured that they are focused on quality health - inside and out. Yes, my waking up at 4:00 a.m. costs me sleep; my driving almost 60 miles roundtrip each session costs a lot in gas; but my experience with Dream Body, Inc.? Undeniably PRICELESS. This is truly one of the best gifts I've ever given to myself. You deserve to invest in your health & wellness, too! read more

When it comes to my business(my passion) people turn to me for advice.so its completely understandable when it comes to my health and fitness goals, I take others advice when finding the BEST Personal Trainers in each new city i travel to.. Fortunately, I was referred to DreamBody years ago. There are a few KEY elements, DreamBody values. I believe their priorities set a positive foundation for me to GROW Physically, LEARN Mentally, and ACHIEVE not only My GOALS, but Their GOALS Designed for me. I really appreciate DreamBody's dedication to each individual situation among their clients. One thing I have experienced with working with highly experienced, motivated, and extremely genuine trainers is "They Are Really Out There".. You can't just "jump into working out and expect results".. A RELATIONSHIP has to be BUILT, Comfort Zones have to Disappear and REAL DESIRES must Show their true colors. I used to be very shy, go with the flow. After working with Jason one on one, my trust in him has grown and my confidence in myself has risen, out of the darkness! I value people who's J.O.B. is their life's passion. I know each time I see DreamBody in the gym or at a boot camp, they are stoked to be running alongside me, as I achieve each goal and set forth new ones. Remember, every time you ACHIEVE one of YOUR goals, Your PT has checked one off THEIR personal list too! "Believe and Act as if it were Impossible to Fail" -Charles F. Kettering read more

So I reluctantly went to my first Dream Body Boot Camp at Piedmont Park this past Saturday. Reluctantly because I have been to other boot camps at Piedmont and crawled around in the mud, threw up and had an overall miserable time. However, a friend dragged me to this one despite everything bad I had to say about boot camp. When we arrived we were greeted by the trainers who were so personable and friendly and eager to get to know us and our fitness goals. I was surprised at all the personal attention throughout the entire workout. The workout pushed me, but I had a lot of fun. There was music, laughing, a ton of sweat and a whole lot of motivation. Oh, and none of that wanna-be military crap I came to expect from my past experiences with boot camps. I was even impressed because the energy from the trainers carried over to the fellow boot campers. Everyone was cool and comfortable. No hardcore S&M junkies here. Great people that I thoroughly enjoyed working out with. My friend had to take a break because she hasn't taken exercise since Reagan was in office and both trainers were right there making sure she was good and still felt a part of the group. So much so, she wants to go back on Monday. I will be returning too because they exceeded my expectations. They proved to me in 1 session that they have the expertise to help me meet my weight-loss and fitness goals in good time. read more

Every one of the trainers at Dream Body are amazing. They are all very nice and friendly, but push you to your limits during their boot camps and personal training sessions. I got in the best shape of my life and I continue to train with them because I enjoy them so much. These trainers go above and beyond with making a custom fitness plan that fits the clients body and strength and weaknesses to get the best results for each person. I was tired of doing the same ruitines with each personal trainer I had before, Dream Body gave me an all new workout and are constantly switching it up so after every session I'm sore, which is the best feeling when you're working out because my body is constantly building and toning up in new ways. I have recommended Dream Body to every one of my friends and co workers looking for a personal trainer or a boot camp that will really get them in amazing shape and really challenge them. Don't hesitate, go with Dream Body!! read more

I found DreamBody on Groupon and signed up with a friend 4 months ago and I keep coming back. It's super close to home and Piedmont Park in the morning can't be beat. Jason is my trainer and he is absolutely fantastic! The groups are small and consist of a variety of ages and fitness levels, and he manages to push every individual to reach their fitness goals. He also keeps in mind any injuries - I came out after almost a year of being out of commission from a busted ankle and Jason always keeps modified exercises if it ever bothers me. I have toned up significantly and Dream Body has completely changed my outlook on fitness and nutrition. During a Raw Foods Diet challenge I lost 4.45% of my body weight in just 5 days! I felt and continue to feel incredible throughout this journey and look forward to many more months with Dream Body! read more

When I started with Dream Body, I thought they were going to be like every other boot camp in Atlanta. You see the trainers telling their clients to run over here, lunge over there and do some push-ups.... yet the trainers look out of shape, and they're not doing anything themselves. The Dream Body trainers are different than the other boot camp trainers because not only do they look like they actually workout and practice what they preach, they will get down and do the exercises with me! Talk about motivation. Best Boot Camp in Atlanta. Hands Down! read more

I go to Dream Body at Piedmont Park before work and on Saturdays, and it is an amazing start to my day. The trainers are excellent, very motivational, and they clearly know what they're doing. I love working out in a group setting, not only does it keep you motivated but you get to me new people as well. Don't be put off by the intensity either. There are people who range all across the board, but regardless, you make the work-out as intense as you want it to be. The instructors make it challenging, but they respect your limits. read more
