Had a camera inspection to check my aging sewer lines which revealed root incursion. I decided that…read moreit was time to replace the cast iron pipes to ABS. The initial sales, pricing, scheduling, and first part of work were all fine. They came on-time and finished the job on-time pending final city inspection. They asked for payment and I provided and then things unfortunately became very unpredictable. I had to keep calling the office to find out when the inspection was going to be. Then the inspector came but the Handy team did not show up. Also after they finished work I discovered I was missing a set of extension cord! Nothing else was amiss so I think they probably just used it and took it by mistake? The whole billing process was also weird where they never provided me the signed copy of the contract. Now I have 2 large holes and debris piles in my front yard with caution tapes for 2 weeks and counting. I should not have trusted these guys as much I guess, so be forewarned before you go through with these guys. 2 stars so far because I believe the crew's initial job is decent, but the sales and office coordination give me an uneasy feeling. It's too bad because I really wanted to like these guys and thought they did a good job initially. I will have to update this review whenever the inspection occurs.

Omar was fast, efficient, and left the sink area clean. He treats your home as if it were his own. I would highly recommend requesting Omar. Price was fair given the expertise and professionalism offered, especially supporting local businesses and our neighbors. If dealing with an HOA it is important to get documentation and records, which they will provide a third party unbiased opinion on the condition of your plumbing, especially where your responsibility ends and where the HOA's responsibility begins.
