My review of the terrible service I witnessed my friend receive. . Only gave it one star as I don't have a choice. This place is awful. While they may be clean and sterile (still questionable) the management is downright rude. The artist? He assured her not to worry and came off as if he knew what he was doing. The many photos of his work seemed to support his claim. Well, either those photos were ancient or weren't his; because what she was supposed to receive verses what she received . . well . . imagine comparing the work of Picasso to the work of a grade school student. When she spoke up about her dissatisfaction, other artists in the shop decided to ridicule her for her negative review and told her that just because she had a bad experience she should not share her story as it affects everyone in the shop. They then took to their Facebook page a flat out lied in their "Response to the Christine Kane Saga", which might I add, spelled her name wrong . . her name is Christie* "He has maintained an established business as sole proprietor for over 20 years. From a generation that has no idea what that entails, it is shameful to be witness to their lack of respect & integrity. Where is the moral compass? The worst part of this saga is that people do not generally bother to post or even praise their satisfaction. It is the petty, world owes me a living, born with this belief of entitlement; group of sad sacks that know nothing if it can't be googled, view this travesty as this weeks entertainment. Please also know that what you are all doing is considered slander, defamation of character & can very easily result in civil action. I believe you would all refer to this as 'bullying'. On a much larger scale, you are effecting people's livelihood and really need to move on." ^The madness that goes along with the his ink disaster is priceless!! His unstable explosive entitled pushy attitude is beyond out of control. He seriously thinks he is gods gift to ink and the Valley's tattoo industry . . which is literally the farthest from reality. Not only was his experience, creativity and ability completely absent, he is also a super mean person. Where was his moral compass? Sure, some get better with time . . some should just accept that all things evolve . . what "his generation" and other generations find tasteful can easily be 2 opposite sides of a spectrum. The fact remains . . she did not receive what she wanted nor what he claimed he would deliver. I would also have to assume that the team as a whole is new to the concept of delivering what someone pays for. When you pay for something, you expect to receive exactly that. It is not an entitlement . . it is a purchase . . in this case a service was purchased . . It is their responsibility and job to deliver . . looks like maybe they're the ones who are the "petty, world owes me a living, born with this belief of entitlement; group of sad sacks that know nothing." I wont even get started on a response to the rest of their foolishness as it could easily end up being a short story. Ahh . . there is laser, but at whose expense? Don't bother taking your opinions to their Facebook page, they will block you instantly. If you wanna get a tattoo that looks like sharpie doodles by someone half lucid . . this is the place for you. But expect to get a crappy, half-ass tattoo by a tattoo artist that is a complete joke. If you want to be proud of your tattoo, I would advise you to invest your time doing more research to find an honest, professional artist who knows what they're doing and whose work comes with a guarantee. read more
