Even apologize for not having it, to which it wasn't his fault, but still. Classic customer service like that is dying out and it sucks. Please realize how much of a token that gentleman is to your business. Hell, that dude should be in charge of training and should be offered more for his rare skill of customer service. Kudos to that man!

The staff is very friendly and the selection is beautiful. My daughter has been a dancer for almost 15 years and the store is like her second home. I was in the airport and I knew that I would need a pair of gloves and as I had never really owned a pair living in Miami my whole life I walked into this store hoping they had some. I asked one of the store associates if they had any gloves for sale and they did.... thank goodness! Even better, they were on sale and got them for less than $30. He could have told me $100 I don't friggin know anything about buying gloves and considering how cold it was going to be I probably would have bought them. The associate was nice... he wanted to make sure my gloves fit and once we found they did, he rung me up and I was on my way. This purchase was well worth it. When I was experiencing those cold days and even colder nights and my coworker without gloves was putting his hands in his pockets in a futile attempt to keep them warm, I was thankful to have bought my gloves at exoffico.
