Think of a really soft piece of short rib in a pasta shell, very similar to ravioli. We also ordered the bruschetta, spaghetti, and risotto and those options are also really great, but that Agnolotti was the star of the show. The prosciutto pizza with rocket salad on top was well balanced while the shrimp one had everything on it including Italian sausage and capers. It all surprising came together well though my husband thought if was a bit of an overkill since the sausage and capers and chili overpowered the. shrimp. We agreed that we wouldn't have wanted to pay the regular price for the pizzas. Overall, I'd go back again for the nice setting and try whatever special they had that day.

Everything I wrote in the post remains the same - the owners, Debbie and Jamie are so down to earth, very welcoming and passionate about their product. Their bao is delicious and I enjoy trying their new creations and love seeing them at various food festivals and markets. Judge Bao make soft and fluffy Chinese steamed buns filled with mouthwatering tofu, pork belly or beef (and sometimes fish and chicken), fresh herbs and delicious sauces. I'm a huge fan of their 'Sloppy Po' Bao with Mapo Tofu, Asian mushrooms, spring onion, coriander and chili mayo. I'm not strict vegetarian, but this bao is seriously good. Their firecracker chicken is also deliciously spicy and flavoursome! Highly recommend.
