Customer service is horrible. Very rude stuff. The lady who was working was overwhelmed and rude to everyone that was there for pick up.

I ordered the General Tso Chicken and a vegetable egg roll. They were preparing takeout orders, but the cashier immediately stopped to take my order. There were a few seats to sit at and enjoy your meal. The restaurant had lots of Chinese memorabilia and actually had children drawings too. Worst Chinese food we'd ever had. We had a large order and couldn't tell the dishes apart. Egg rolls were indescribable! Looked like dog food inside. Thank heaven none of our guests became ill. NEVER again will we order from here. read more

Stopped in awhile ago to order some takeout. Was sitting at one of the tables waiting on my food and was told "No dog" by one of the employees from the back, in very broken English. I was accompanied by my service dog. I tried to explain "yes dog, service dog allowed" but was met with a very confused look. The individual then said something to one of his coworkers in Chinese. I showed the girl at the front taking orders a copy of the Federal law that says I had the right to be accompanied by my service dog. She looked as confused as the first guy. I told her that if she had any problems with it to call the police and have them explain it. They stopped trying to discriminate against me at that point. I got my food and left. It was not that good. Same C from the establishment has since contacted me via Yelp Message and has attempted to bribe me into removing my original review. He has also attempted in direct violation of the ADA Law to have me notify him prior to entering the establishment when being accompanied by my service dog. The following is a direct quote from him via a message he sent to me. "Please let me know when you come to our restaurant, so I can ask my wife to go away first, because she is very afraid of animals, we can give you a free meal if you can delete the review." read more

I eat here a lot, or rather I order takeout from here a lot because I work close, and it is always so good. This is really the best Chinese takeout in the Mid-Ohio Valley. I've ordered a lot of different items from the menu and never been dissatisfied. My personal favorites include the Hunan chicken, beef and broccoli, moo goo gai pan, and the general tso's tofu. The wontons and egg rolls are really good too. A lot of my coworkers order the pork chow fun and love it. The people are very nice too. read more

"Consistency" is the one word I would use to describe Dragon House. I've been eating here for over 20 years now and I've never had a messed up order or been disappointed in the food. It's a typical American Chinese food spot as far as the menu goes: General Tso's, Sweet & Sour, etc... and there's nothing wrong with that. read more

I am new to the area and tried them out. I had the house lo main and did not start with any expectations since this was my first time. I was please that they weren't light on the meats. The flavor was on point. The amount I got surpassed my expectations as well. I will have three meals out of this. I will have to try other meals. You can't go wrong with the lo main. read more

The food was very good. The service though was a problem, handed them an older $50 and was proceeded to be held up for nearly 20 minutes while they debated if it was counterfeit because he had never seen a bill like that before. I do understand that this can be an issue but they held up several other people in the process and continued to ask me the same questions five and six times. They did finally take it. We eat here about once a week and it's always good. The family that runs the Dragon House are all very courteous and I enjoy talking to them each time we order. You can eat in or take out, I think most people take out anyway. I especially love the sesame chicken and steamed dumplings. It's our favorite Chinese place and we always have a good experience. read more
