The Drag Queens entertain and keep you laughing from start to finish. Each month has its on unique theme that they decorate the hall with and bingo players are encouraged to dress for the occasion. Doors open at 6:00, Bingo starts at 7:00 and everything is wrapped up by 9:00ish. You can bring in your own food in or buy something from the snack bar, just know that they ask you to clean your own table at the end of the night. The building is large and set up on two levels, with the larger space being on the lower floor. They have mics and speakers plus lighted bingo boards throughout so you can easily hear and see the bingo numbers that are called. Be sure to call/email ahead to make reservations for you and your group to guarantee a seat.

This is strictly about the horse racing experience. Yesterday was a beautiful day. There were lots…read moreof people out to watch the races. The bar was so slammed the entire time, they had only one bartender on. She had a whole bar full of people plus a never ending line of patrons waiting for drinks. It was awful. We also did a little gambling and were incredibly disappointed when our horse won the race only to find out the gentleman who gave us our ticket hit the wrong horses number. Gambled on horse #1, the ticket was for horse #2! So we lost all those winnings. The man did apologize but it was just so disappointing. In all it was fun to go watch the horses, but I was very surprised that the outdoor bar wasn't open. It was really a beautiful day and they lost out on lots of revenue from not properly staffing for the crowds. Lastly, we went into the casino to get some food only to find out there are very few options. Pizza, burgers or Dunkin. We ordered a pizza to take back to the grand stand and it was mediocre. Kind of a sad day and we will not be rushing back again.

Although service came fixed and advise they switched to the cheap plastic double heads in the showers to increase the online rating, but they are use to them breaking and flying off regularly and being told to put them back on. it was rare to find nice inviting employees. The hall is still nice, the food great and the floor staff is still lovely. However, they push the pull tab games so hard that it creates chaos, playing 2 different ones during every game. 2 prominent callers seem to have serious cases of attention deficit disorder, frequently talking over floor staff and sometimes interrupting themselves. Tonight, they paused the game to read door prizes and while listing the colors and numbers, said "I twenty", then kept reading the entrance tickets. Mumbles of "wait, I thought they paused the game" and general confusion ensued. 30 minutes later, they had to read them again as 5 out of 7 called never heard their number. This happens a lot. I'm young-ish with perfect hearing and I struggle to figure out what games they are playing. I can't imagine how many times people have lost a legitimate win because they didn't know what was going on. The intermission is 10min long, but they keep right on playing the pull tabs. No matter how much you've spent, if you have to pee, too bad, you missed it. It's not a break if you keep going. The proof of the decline is in the pudding as the hall was only half full this week, so the game prizes were lower than usual. Please do better as that was our 4th time where we spent a lot but didn't have fun. Looking at other halls for our next outing.
