By this time I'm sure the staff was ready to call it a night but the place had a decent crowd. It didn't matter, the staff were still friendly and helpful. But thats where it ended. I ordered a beer and was pretty much ignored for the rest of the evening by my server. After a couple sat next to me at the bar, my server was quick to take their order, gave them plates napkins, utensils. I got nothing. Another server saw I was waiting and asked me for my order. I then got my order but never any napkins or utensils. 30 min later my original server asks me if I wanted anything. I politely said no just the check. Food was average. Service horrible. Not going back after that experience.

Either way it's unpleasant. The corners of some of the tables are disgusting, cobwebs and dead bugs crowded by a window next to a large seating area. Service is a hit or miss. Some act like servers, some just ignore you till you walk up to the bar, even if you are just there to eat. A little bit of consistency would be nice. Loud patrons and regulars. There seems to be one small batch of people that come here close to everyday, some of them are respectful and quiet, some of them leave the door to the men's restroom open while they are using the urinal. I also had my daughter with us having lunch there by the way, and the women's bathroom door was next to the men's on the left. And that patron didn't seem to care if he was exposed or not. The food is the only thing that is sometimes consistent. We ordered garlic cheese curds one time and kept getting served the regular ones that was kind of a weird experience. I'd like to come back, but it needs a lot of improvement to welcome new regulars. So I think we'll be going somewhere else for now.

The only reason I'm not head over heels in love, is because I love a great drink with an equally great appetizer to match. But, the Yucca Fritas were unavailable and the Parmesan Truffle Fries were only okay. The cheese was sprinkled on top and didn't melt to the fries so it sadly fell off every fry; we ultimately ate a bowl of fries and were left with a bowl of parmesan truffle goodness that we never got to eat. I was also surprised that they were served with a dish of ketchup instead of scrumptious truffle or garlic aioli.
