Both times, he has been nothing short of exceptional. Not only is he incredibly skilled, but his bedside manner is something you rarely find anymore. He never makes you feel rushed. He takes the time to explain everything in a way that's easy to understand, answers every question, and talks to you like an old friend instead of just another client. You can tell he genuinely cares about both his patients and their families. After Harper Jane's most recent surgery, she decided to remove her own staples, causing her incision to open and bleed. Of course, this happened on a Friday evening. I texted Dr. Keith, and despite having a house full of guests, he met us at his office on Saturday to check on her. He made sure she was okay and didn't even want to charge us for the visit. That kind of dedication, compassion, and generosity is almost unheard of. Dr. Keith goes above and beyond because he truly loves what he does, and it shows in every interaction. Harper Jane is healthy today because of his expertise and care, and I will be forever grateful. The check in was flawless. They offered to come out and get us as they were very busy! The office is very clean. My husband took in our pup and our 2 oldest dogs. He met the veterinarian who owns the practice. (He actually went to high school with him). We were able to get our pup micro chipped. I went in with 2 of our younger (but big) dogs and asked the assistants to muzzle them for their nail trims as they will nip when frightened. They muzzled them and everything went fine. My husband paid the bill. It was $210 for everything! They also have a grooming studio next door and they do boarding!!
