This is my primary hospital in Merida. I have had 3 emergency events...fall on a terrible…read moresidewalk/broken nose...infection...and a daughter who fell and was bleeding profusely. All handled very well. Only one complaint: a gynecologist who has a shared office there is not good. He did bad procedure that had to be re-done in the States. I thought all the doctors there were vetted; but, I guess not. But, all the other Doctors have been good to excellent.

All the doctors I've seen have spoken English and while the staff speaks minimal English, if at all, they are always very patient with my butchered Spanish.
