Totally NEGATIVE experience! First problem: punctuality! My appointment was 10:00 and they…read morestarted working on my hair 20 minutes later ... This disrupted my busy day! Secondly I just wanted to have the roots of my hair re-colored in light copper red ... nearly 4 hours later, I ended up with the roots practically black after 3 different colour applications! ... Fortunately I had refused to have the colour put on my hair length!!! I had SPECIFICALLY demanded the coloring to be done using an exceptional product brand called O Way which has been successfully used on my hair for years! I was given all assurances that O Way would be used in my case ... In fact it was NOT and I was told when finally I discovered that another product was used instead with the disastrous results explained above ... No excuse was presented either by the personnel not the manager who told me bluntly that my hair was not adapted to the "wonderful" bio-products used by her staff! Besides, I had to pay the bill for the disaster and my wasted red colour! I call that INCOMPETENCE and ARROGANCE. I will therefore advise everybody to keep away from this spa centre in Brussels (83 rue royale). This comment concerns the hair care section of the spa and of course since I have not used any other section of the centre, I cannot assess their efficiency. I am sorry to make this negative report but too much is really too much and I felt absolutely misled by the management who promised something they KNEW VER WELL they would not do! Annie Duchene

So let me first be clear about my intentions here, I absolutely do not intend on being harmful…read moretowards the staff that work there because Im sure they are great at what they do, but here is what's happened that has made me want to give a 1* review. One of my relatives had bought a voucher for a facial for my birthday and I decided to use it 8 months later (it is still valid for an entire year) so I got an appointment after precisely letting the center know that I had lost that voucher. The woman I had on the phone still took the appointment as a favor. When I showed up for my appointment apparently there was no appointment and on top of it she proceeded to be extremely nonchalant and rude to me telling me that I should've considered myself lucky that they had agreed to an appointment in the first place because I had lost my voucher. She even asked me to thank her for that favor on the spot. (And when I say she I mean the boss of the place). She kept addressing me in a very rude manner explaining that it was my fault and when I told her that I had basically lost 90 euros she didn't seem to care even though the relative that bought that voucher for me goes there at least twice a month and has spent over 500 euros on the treatments they offer. I am sure their products are great, but it is absolutely outrageous and extremely rude to treat a client the way I was treated.
