This time it was his son, who I believe has now taken over the business, who came out. He was polite and friendly. He took apart the dryer and found the problem quickly. He had the parts that were needed to repair and had my dryer back together in less than an hour. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. I had a concern a couple of days later and they scheduled a follow up appointment for later the same week. The same man came out, took the dryer back apart and made sure everything was ok, which it was. He was in and out in about 30 minutes. He didn't charge me anything and would not accept a tip. I will recommend this company to any of my friends or family who need their service. If you have an appliance issue this is the company you should call.
