I came here to replace my necklace because I had the warrantee and it was broken. I had to wait for…read more30+ minutes to be helped and then the rude manager tells me she can't exchange it unless I have the original receipt. I showed her the charge for it on my credit card, had the card I used to purchase it with me, and the phone number associated with the account I purchased it on but she still said sorry I need the original receipt and I can call customer service and maybe they can help. I waited 10 minutes to talk to someone from customer service, figured everything out and she said "let me put you on hold for just one minute" and I'm still on hold 40 minutes later. I called ahead to make sure they had it and I finally got her to check to make sure they have the same chain and now they're saying they don't even have it. I just left, still on hold. This was an All around terrible experience with a rude manager, would absolutely not recommend purchasing jewelry from here.
