We found her divine, humble, kind, friendly, welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. She is a good listener and at the same time, takes time to explain the surgical issues/problems and the solutions. For my wife she took well care of her after the operation. Her pre- and post-operation care of patients is adorable. We always felt in safe hands. Her English language skills are excellent and people like us who do not know German well find discussions with her very fruitful. Our whole experience with Prof. Exner was highly positive and great.

Luckily I went to another doctor for a second opinion who did extensive tests and found no trace of any of the diagnosis. She insisted I come every three months. On top of it all, every time I went for an appointment I was charged 210 euros. In the beginning I thought that was normal, until I shared it with few people. I realised I was paying the double of the normal price. She also subscribed the vitamins, a whole pack of 30, and asked I take it for a month. I felt terrible taking it. I was diagnosed with B6 toxicity which caused all kinds of symptoms. Later I read that the same cocktail of vitamins is prescribed to cancer patients for 7 DAYS ONLY. My advice: caution with this doctor.

I guess the last point is what I like the most. There is absolutely no messing around. When the doctor is finished and happy with everything he says "ok you can go now bye." No small talk, no beating around the bush. The receptionist is wonderfully animated and engaging and sympathetic and friendly. Exactly what you need. After more than a few visits here, (Gotta get that mutterkindpass full!!!) you really feel welcomed and not just another person! My wife is happy here too btw. So win-win!

What I find refreshing and also very comforting is the fact that the receptionist is still the same as in 2004, so no staff turnover which is a good sign. She is quite nice, but can sometimes be a bit abrupt and is on a distance to patients, but wouldn't call her unfriendly. Waiting times vary, but usually at least 20 - 40 minutes even with an appointment as there are always loads of people in the waiting area! Dr. Reichl himself is fairly competent, the examination is quick, a bit to quick for my taste ;)
