We found her divine, humble, kind, friendly, welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. She is a good listener and at the same time, takes time to explain the surgical issues/problems and the solutions. For my wife she took well care of her after the operation. Her pre- and post-operation care of patients is adorable. We always felt in safe hands. Her English language skills are excellent and people like us who do not know German well find discussions with her very fruitful. Our whole experience with Prof. Exner was highly positive and great.

So I got a good feeling of how they work and what the conditions and the staff are like. And I can only say that I, being totally afraid of hospitals, felt really comfortable. I guess the last point is what I like the most. There is absolutely no messing around. When the doctor is finished and happy with everything he says "ok you can go now bye." No small talk, no beating around the bush. The receptionist is wonderfully animated and engaging and sympathetic and friendly. Exactly what you need. After more than a few visits here, (Gotta get that mutterkindpass full!!!) you really feel welcomed and not just another person! My wife is happy here too btw. So win-win!
