I couldn't lift anything heavier than 5 lbs. After 9 treatments with Dr. Khoa (about 5 weeks), plus taking pain medication and nerve pain medication, and using Lidocaine 5% patches, my pain and numbness symptoms have decreased by 75%. I hope to be 100% pain and numbness-free in the next few weeks. Previously, I went to another chiropractor's office for 8 months but saw no results. Then I looked at online reviews of Chiro Haven and saw that everyone gave them 5 stars, so I decided to choose this office.
