This place is very deserving for four stars. The customer service here is wonderful. I believe good customer service is the life long blood of any business. This small shoe repair resonates all the wonderful qualities of a good business. My boyfriend referred me to Dr. Shoe because he said they were known for being reasonable, quick and thorough.The zipper on my expensive boots needed to be replaced, so I went here. I was not too enthused about paying to replace the zipper but I knew the shoe was worth saving. Dr. Shoe did a wonderful job on replacing the zipper. This is a great shoe repair shop. It's not the cheapest, but the quality is very good. I've had three pairs of shoes/boots (ladies' and men's) resoled here, and I'm happy to say that after a few months of wearing, the soles are still in good shape. He must have used high-quality and durable leather because the soles barely look walked in. For reference, resoling flat shoes/boots cost 12-20 EUR. I've had cheaper fixes before, but they don't even last a few months. So this place is totally worth it! read more
