I started at 218 pounds and I am down to 120 pounds in April of 2024. My BMI is 20. My telemedicine appointment yesterday with the doctor was great. I graduated the program and I am on maintenance medications with Sermorelin and B-12 injections. I couldn't be happier,; I feel confident and wonderful. The staff, physicians, support, Telehealth with regular check ins, labs and diet with exercise is important.

Dr. Ari has such positive energy and is very encouraging. I always leave my appointments better than when I arrived, physically and mentally! Of great value to me is the fact that Dr. Ari invests significant time and effort in continuing education and professional development by attending conferences and seminars, keeping abreast of new techniques and medical practices supporting both chiropractic and wholistic health. He is constantly shaping his practice to provide the very best care for his patients. Additionally, I like the fact that Ultimate Health and Chiropractic is a small, hands-on practice. This is a rare occurrence in a world where corporate medical groups measure success by the number of patients seen per hour and the highest fees charged. If you need chiropractic care, I guarantee you will not find any better than Dr. Ari and Ultimate Health and Chiropractic Center.

I get that the gut is complicated and we don't know a lot about it yet. But that's the whole point. I quickly realized that real-life doctors don't really know any more than doctors on Google. I could have saved a lot of $$$ if I had realized that. They tried, but it was all guesswork and things I could have tried on my own. There was also very little urgency in the treatment plan e.g. "Try this for 6 weeks. We'll see what happens. See you at the next appointment." Like I'm suffering, in pain, and want an answer. I never got one. And I'm not blaming them for it - they just didn't have any answers, even though they tried. I've had more success through my own research and experimentation.

I didn't want to mask the symptoms anymore, I wanted to eliminate them. So I started working with Cristina and she guided me through an elimination diet. Working with her and going through that process was the best thing I could have done for myself. There is so much info out there that it can be overwhelming. Cristina was there every step of the way, answering all of my simple and complex questions, offering support when it got difficult, helping me find solutions and give great advice. Never judging or just telling me what to do, but explaining why and how it will benefit me. She took her time during our meetings was very thorough, even following up offering additional resources. Going through the elimination diet with her by my side gave me confidence that I could do it and that I wasn't alone in this journey. It helped me discover triggers and opened my eyes to how nutrition and self-care can truly heal my body.

I uktimately got diagnosed with some catch-all autoimmune disease and was prescribed meds (harsh meds with sever implications) to "see how they work". Yea- no thanks. So I went back to Dr Nayak and was like ummm I got a problem. She rolled up her sleeves and got to work. Consulted with her colleagues to see if they could understand my labs and symptoms and then prescribed numerous supplements, diet changes, and other modals. She asked me to give her 3 months before trying the prescribed meds. I committed and was feeling better within 6 weeks. I can't thank her enough for helping me get through a difficult time.
