I am such a fan. I have issues that don't pop up often but when they do, Doug knows exactly what…read moreto do to relieve the pain. I work in IT and the long hours leads to bad posture and very little movement locks up the joints. Doug gives sound advice in the form of preventative maintenance exercises, does a great adjustment and I often go with more than a year or two between appointments. Just an all round great outcome for a desk jockey like myself. The only drawback is that Doug is not at this practice every day.
