I'm thankful that after spending tons on doctors that lead me nowhere I found Maribel, she's very attentive, informative, and finds solutions doesn't give up on you.

I went to my Dr here in the US and she prescribed me anti depressants! I lost hope at one point and thought I was going to have to live like that for the rest of my life. I found Dr Reyes on Yelp and even though she's a 2.5 hr drive from me I was so desperate I decided to make an appointment. It's been the best decision I have made all year. She prescribed me medication and I took it for a whole month. After the 1st day I already felt so much better. After a few days I felt normal again, a feeling I hadn't felt in almost 2 years. After 1 month I ran out of the meds but I don't even need them anymore. I haven't taken them for 2 weeks and my stomach has been fine. If you suffer like I was before you lose hope please go visit Dr Reyes. She's so amazing!

No amount of orthopedic or physical therapy had helped --the problem was structural. The fix? A temporary 9mm heel lift that got my pelvis moving correctly. (And that is not even what I saw him for!) People mention the price and, although it took a couple months to get the check, Medicare covered a lot of the cost. Because health insurance doesn't ever reveal to us how much MD's are actually charging for their services, we assume they are cheap or "free". They are not. They are very expensive. Top osteopaths like Dr. Cohen are healers, in the best sense of the word. They go through the same training, study, residency as MD's. But MD's can only test, diagnose, and give a prescription drug or surgery --the American way! Unless it's catastrophic ICU, I prefer being healed. I like to stay ahead of the game. Lastly, I have history of long-term emotional trauma, complicated by a recent concussion. That is what I went in for help with. I tried many things to recover yet Dr Cohen helped far more than any of the other standard treatments did. I highly recommended several sessions in a row, a week apart, to get full benefit of his work. I can't say enough good about his work. Highly recommend!

I had back pain once that was so bad I could hardly walk. I went to him and immediately the next day it was so much better I could walk and just a few days later I was completely pain free. He healed me without medication - and just with one visit. His kindness, compassion and holistic approach - non invasive and without relying on medication is the epitome of health care. Not to mention he healed my back pain which was so debilitating - to where I could not only walk again, but was pain free with just a few visits. I am so very thankful to know that I have a doctor, a healer, who is so effective as well as kind and compassionate.

Not once did I mention anything about pregnancy or trying to conceive, and that's ALL he discussed. He gave me unwanted advice and tips on how to conceive. After my pelvic exam he drew a chart of pregnancy time line and wanted me to get off the exam table to look at the chart, which I am well aware of. I was still undressed from the waist down with the paper blanket over me. I thought it was very odd that he asked me to get off the table. The entire visit was uncomfortable and I left feeling frustrated, confused, and without any answers to my questions.
