No es la primera vez qué vengo para lo mismo y siempre me hacen esperar entre media hora a una hora a pesar de llamar una hora antes para evitar la espera en lo qué lo preparan. Y encima de todo, hay qué venir antes del mediodía los sábados porqué no despachan medicamentos después de esa Hoy botaron la bola....tras de llamar una hora antes y venir de Humacao, me hacen esperar una hora para decirme qué lo último qué les quedaba, lo utilizaron para otro perro. No recomiendo ésta clínica bajo ninguna circunstancia porqué el servicio es horrible y pésimo, además de qué las personas qué atienden al frente no sirven para manejar público y menos dueños de mascotas qué vienen con sus mascotas enfermas ó envueltas en algún tipo de accidente. He had some problems such as ear mites and an unidentified illness that sometimes made him vomit, tired and inactive. The doctor and his team were extremely helpful, patient and knowledgable. Unlike other vets we have encountered before, Dr Hugo doesn't jump to conclusions to churn in/out patients. He examines very carefully before reaching a reasonable diagnosis - a true professional who does great work with passion. One of the things I thought was pretty cool was that Dr Hugo would sometimes refer our cat as "the patient". You could tell he respects the animalsI because usually vets just say "the cat" or "the dog" kind of emotionless-ly. We could see how much love and care he had for our cat Dusty and for other animals. With the doc's help, our cat Dusty has gone from having occasional vomiting, refusal to eat and prolonged fatigue, to a healthier cat with a proper digestive system with his joy and playfulness restored. We are so grateful for all his help and cannot recommend him more strongly to anyone who loves their pet(s). Thanks again!
